Personal Dental Office & Orthodontics

From the moment this terrified woman walked into this office, I was made to feel comfortable. Check in process was easy, wait time was minimal, xray tech was amazing. The dentist I saw was understanding of my fear and thoroughly gentle while still explaining what was wrong. He understood that I wanted a certain problem dealt with, and after being sure I was aware of another issue, her dropped it. He let me know what we needed to do and set it up right away. The day off my procedure, everyone was amazing. Gentle, understanding, accommodating. They did their jobs quickly to get my done. I truly appreciate all they did for me! I'm still terrified buy know there's someone out there that understands and can help! THANK YOU ALL!!!

I have been a patient at this office for over 20 years. Many of the staff i have known for that long and they are always on top of the workload and treat everyone great. Susan does an awesome job on patient communication, quotes and insurance. It was very much about them that i kept going back. But it wasn't until Dr. Dean Salo took over the practice that i really became a devotee of my dentist,. That might be a first.

The technical crew is awesome. Hygienist, Inez and technicians Hendrix, Lisa, Hector, Gloria, and Brenda. I sometimes get to see Dr. Nelson if Dr. Salo isn't available and he always fixes what needs a-fixin'.

Thanks guys and gals...I love my dentist!!!

I'm always very weary about going to the dentist but this experience with totally different. The receptionist greeted me very warmly and made me feel totally at ease as soon as I walked in. An hour later after getting my teeth cleaned but only did I feel fresh but I thought the sense of happiness because I realize I had chosen the right dentist to go to. It made me realize that going to the dentist is in a bad experience at all.

I have never had a dentists I looked forward to seeing - until I became a patient of Dr. Dean Salo over 10 years ago. By far the best dental experience my family could hope for. Dr. Dean Salo is a talented, caring and dedicated dentists and his staff is incredibly effective and professional. In the 10 years we have been patients of Dr. Salo the quality of care has remained consistently excellent, and we have been happy to refer our friends and family to his care.

While the medical/dental personal are great, the administration folks, mostly, free of all the blood and gore (not really gore), are excellent beyond words. While I appreciate the fine dental work administered to me, those folks on staff, help me to relax, in doing so, they lower my blood pressure. Kudos.

I saw Dr Salo for a dental implant. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and took his time explaining things well. He's a great Dentist and orthodontist and I would recommend him highly. The office staff is great as well. Overall a good team!

Excellent experience with awesome staff, an amazing Dentist who worked wonderfully with his hygienist, who was also extremely kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Parking is only covered for 90 minutes, but otherwise this is a wonderful dental office and I'm really glad I was referred to it.

Doctor (Dr. Besser) and assistants highly professional. When I was seeing the Endodontist she pulled in a dentist on a moments notice to check my tooth and coordinate things. Great. I had transferred from another dental office, thankfully.

Okay, this place is awesome. I went in not knowing what to expect from a first visit to a new dental office, but my hygienist Adina was so attentive, caring, yet thorough, they have a new regular moving forward. Got a great cleaning, thank you Personal Dental and Adina.
