Personal Dental is the best dental office in town, hands down. I have been coming here for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. The dentists and hygienists are top notch and their work is impeccable. The team is always warm and welcoming and make you feel like family. I love this place and recommend it to everyone who cares about their teeth - and their wallet!

Shady business. Say they are taking new patients. Will not do cleaning at time of consultation. Then at consultation they say it’s a three month wait for a cleaning. Do not go here!

I called a couple months ago looking for a new Dentist. I talked to Liz on the phone, who is both helpful and sweet - she helped me get setup with their office. I went in for a consult to get my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Nelson helped me and prepared me for the surgery. I had my wisdom teeth taken out and only needed local anesthesia which I was thrilled about as I've never had general anesthesia and don't want to ever have it. The oral surgeon (can't remember his name but they only have one) was awesome, humoring my irrational nervousness over the surgery and helped to calm me down.

After the surgery I was prescribed some pain killers but I didn't even need them! The recovery was speedy and (relatively) painless.

I came in today for a deep cleaning and Adina was both a delight to talk to and immensely helpful in giving me advice to take better care of my teeth - something I've been neglecting. Her positive non-judgmental attitude and advice has motivated me to take better care of my teeth. I will go in for a followup in a few months and am looking forward to it, which is something I cannot say of any dental office I've been to previously. Highly recommend!

The BEST experience I have ever had. Personal Dental is without doubt, the most professional office in Los Angeles. My appointments have always been conducted in a timely manner. The staff there are incredibly helpful and remind me of upcoming appointments... I couldn't be happier with Dr. Wu and Dr. Nelson and Gloria is hilarious!!!!

I've been coming to Personal Dentist Office for a few years now, and I have always been very happy with the service and professionalism of everyone in the office. I don't need to get a lot of things done other than check ups, cleanings and some other little things. I love the work Ruby (hygienist) does every time I get my cleaning done, and Dr. Wu is really nice and friendly. I never have issues trying to make an appointment, and the ladies at the reception (Nelly) are always nice and courteous, as well as the ladies from the billing department (Liz), they do explain everything I need to know about what my insurance covers, and what it doesn't. They just renovated their office and it looks fabulous. Another plus is that they have parking available and they do validate it, so no worries about having to pay a crazy amount for parking like in some other medical buildings close by. I do recommend this office for your dental needs!!!

Dr Nelson is the best dentist I've ever been to, so much so I recommended two family members who are very happy I did. My new smile gets so many compliments I keep extra business cards to refer his office. His staff makes me feel so welcomed, they're always pleasant and professional. I researched long and hard and after choosing Dr. Nelson I couldn't be more please with my choice. "DEFINITELY FIVE STARS"

I can say right off the bat, the first smile I saw was from the receptionist Nereida. I truly believe it comfort begins with a warm face and positive attitude. Besides this amazing receptionist was the great service. I was attended to extremely fast and was led back with even more friendly people. The doctor there was very thorough and and did not miss anything. The work done was very fast but also done well. It was done with the least pain. It was the best dental experience of all my years. Will definitely continue to see them with full confidence and comfort.

Dr. Nelson was nice and did a fine job but I was very disappointed in the office. We had called for an appointment because of sudden broken tooth. They fit me in, but they did not tell me that they no longer accepted my insurance plan until after I arrived at the office. My husband and two kids had just been to their office a few months ago. At no time did we receive notice that they would not accept our insurance, and we actually haven't even been with them a year. Maybe they don't need our business but I found this very unprofessional. Of course, had my tooth not been so uncomfortable I would not have had them fix it at the price without coverage. But perhaps that's their strategy; to get you when you have no choice.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and wouldn't have it any other way. All the staff is super professional, helpful, and attentive to your personal needs. When it was time to get a dentist for my little one, I knew exactly where he would go. They are amazing with him, he likes coming to dentist. What 5 year likes going to the dentist, MINE and it has to do with everyone here. Thank you!

This is just the best dentist office you could ever hope for; super accommodating, skillful staff who are incredibly friendly from the minute you walk in the door, superb dental care with whatever you need done from cleaning to the most complicated dental work to dealing with insurance. Over the past 6 years I've probably referred 20 patients to them (since they are on our company insurance plan), and never ONCE has anyone been anything but thrilled. These guys rock!!
