Dr Ricks took the time to listen to me and then explained what procedure I needed in a way that I totally understood what was wrong with my tooth. Office staff gave me all the info I needed on the next process that I needed and gave cost estimates so that I knew what to expect. I will definitely be staying with Aurora Family Dentistry.

I have had two visits here so far. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. They all are extremely knowledgeable, yet great listeners. Although I don't have any kids, this is a place you should want to bring your whole family. They accommodate people of all ages and personality types.
I went in because I have muscle and joint pain in my jaw. I saw Dr. Blatter both times and he is not only the best dentist I've ever had, but the most knowledgeable, and the type of person that will go above and beyond to make sure your problems are fully understood by everybody and fully addressed.
I'm sure Dr. Ricks is equally noteworthy!

As far as procedures go, they were fine and on par with any other dentistry. However they do not know how to deal with your insurance company. I went in for a root canal and had them triple check, that I would only owe this set amount and the insurance would cover it. I told them I'm would not do the procedure unless they covered it. They assured me, repeatedly, that they would so I did. 5 months later they come back telling me it wasn't covered and I owe an additional $760 on top of what I already had paid. They were completely unwilling to work with me on this and made me pay it. I would not recommend using them or any of their sister companies. They simply do not know how to work with insurance companies.

Amazing imaging and the hygienist personality is wonderful, Front desk Rebecca was great at multitasking as well. She was able to set up the referral from the dentist to an endodontist within my insurance network taking the guess work out for me. The dentist Dr.Bailey was professional and knowledgeable, He answered all my questions and was able to prescribe exactly what was needed until I could schedule with the endodontist and return.
