Comfort Dental Quincy and Buckley - Your Trusted Dentist in Aurora

I haven't been to a dentist in years. I started having pain in my teeth and really needed help. I was pleasantly surprised by Comfort Dental. They took full images right away and the Dr confirmed what I thought. He went over what I needed and priced everything for me first. We decided to start with a deep cleaning first. Dr. B was caring and thorough. I'm a patient for life. My mouth is still a little numb from earlier but my teeth look better than they have in years. Thank you to the whole staff

Dr. Hughes and his staff are very kind and pleasant. Just had a deep clean and left without pain! Love the work provided here at this office. Over the years I have went to other Comfort Dental locations and this one has been the best by far!!!

I had a tooth extraction at this location and even though the Dr was very nice the extraction felt very rushed. I’m was surprised to learn no sutures would be used I walked out of the office was a large hole in my gums. It’s been several hours since my extraction and I’m still bleeding profusely I won’t be returning to any Comfort Dentals in the future.

Dr. ANDREI is definitely the most professional, understanding, and friendly dentist I've ever had. I won't schedule an appointment unless it's with him. He really is a master at what he does. Great place too, all the ladies are way friendly.

Every time I have had a dental issue, they have fit me in on the same day. Every dentist in this office is AMAZING! Super friendly, very gentle, and they have gone out of their way to take care of me and my dental needs. I seriously have had bad luck with doctors and dentists for 17 years and FINALLY found somewhere I love. They really make me feel like they care about me and the future of my teeth. They even were very helpful when I had to bring my 6 month old to one of my appointments one time. They played with him and gave me a private area to change him. I love the entire staff here and I haven’t felt this confident in my dental care in... well, ever!

Very positive experience. Was able to be seen very quickly and due to poor dental experiences in the past I've suffered from SEVERE dental anxiety for quite some tine. They were completely understanding and weren't even visiably upset with me when I backed out of my first appointment upon learning no nitrous was available. Did my following 3 Apts with just a light sedative prescribed by my PCP, and with each visit I got more comfortable thanks to the staff. Doctors Montgomery & Jacobs, and hygienist Jorge or George (I can't rmeber the spelling sorry lol ) and all the ladies who's names I didn't learn are excellent and take the time to sit with you and make sure you understand what's happening and make sure you're comfortable.

I've always had very good experiences at this location. The staff has been kind and comforting. The hygienist was very careful when cleaning as he knew how sensitive my mouth is. The Dr. Was also very considerate.

When
My daughter had my wisdom teeth out she became very loopy. The doctor just laughed along with her rather than getting irritated.

Great service from George! The techs here are a bit unprofessional. Dulce helped me last time, and this time she was 2 rooms over and I could hear her complain about how small my mouth was and that she could barely get her fingers in my mouth last time, so she didn't want to help me.

Also, I think they were training a new tech because I heard them bickering and the doctor asked why they weren't taught to set up the room after a patient was previously in there. I could hear them in stall either next to mine or 2 stalls over saying, "well, why don't you come over and do this instead of just sitting there." I didn't hear what the other tech said, but I can only assume she said something to the effect of, "don't be like that," because I heard the first tech say, "I'm not, but come ON".

If you have a problem with a coworker, you pull them to the side and let them know or have the doctor do it, don't be exclaiming it where customers/patients can hear you.

The doctors are pretty good at this location, but they didn't apply the local anesthesia long enough before the shot. They put it on and a minute or so later injected me and it hurt so bad my eyes started watering.

George was expedient and nice. He didn't let any annoyance he may have been feeling affect his job performance. I wholeheartedly thank him for being excellent. He needs some kind of bonus or gift card or something. He doesn't know I am writing this review, but it is so hard to find people who are good at what they do and have a good attitude. Thank you, George!!

If you hate waiting around in the dentist office, this place is amazing. Fast, professional and painless service. I have never recommend a dentist office before until now. Not like the other Comfort Dentals I have gone to, much better experience. Would give more stars if I could.
