Go anywhere but here. No customer service, not keeping to appt. times, and not a care in the world that i wanted a refund and i was going to take my business to another dentist. Another huge corporation that only cares about profit margins and not the customers whom pay their paychecks. Alot of training at this location is needed, but i doubt anyone gets any.

I have been a patient here for years, but the service has downgraded. The techs lacked professionalism; yelling across the room as though we're in a rodeo. And I was treated poorly now that I'm unemployed and receiving medicaid. I'll never return. No one wants to be treated as a second class citizen.

Dr. Liu and his Staff made me feel comfortable during my visit, and the jokes Dr. Liu told were a hoot!!!!!! I will be going back to Comfort Dental located on Buckley and Quincy.

PLEASE LISTEN TO ME ; THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! I'm usually very patient and nice but this people completely screwed me over. I've been in there multiple times (giving them chances) and they continue to screw me over. They're truly horrible! Even if this is your last resort, I would not recommend them at all!!!
