Had two wisdom teeth removed at once, Dr. Baskakov made the procedure as painless as possible, very quick, and accurate. They took very good care of me and I would recommend them for any procedure in the future.

Great service they didn’t hurt me as other offices would. I walked in I was able to walk in without having a schedule appointment got an X-ray and an cleaning. Nice and fast great service, doesn’t waste your time. Workers are really nice.

What a joke! My wife calls for an appointment due to some swelling in her gums. Dr. Jacobs sees her and tells her that she has two options, one to extract the tooth and the other is to have another root canal performed on the tooth. We chose the root canal so it doesn't screw up her orthodontic work. The doctor then writes her a prescription for antibiotics and refers her to another Comfort Dental. She was told that this Comfort Dental (Dr. Jacobs) ONLY refers to other Comfort Dental's (suspicious!). So my wife makes an appointment with the Comfort Dental she was referred too. Upon the date my wife is told her appointment will be, she is told it will be another week! What a joke! The scheduler could not have even been bothered to confirm the date. Upon a phone call to this office, I am told that they will refer outside the Comfort Dental "family". Now my wife has been in pain and on antibiotics for over TWO WEEKS before anything will be done. The antibiotics have run out and she has had NO treatment. The fact that my wife was blatantly lied too shows that Dr. Jacobs' staff is at the least, completely incompetent. The entire comfort dental family is a joke! They try to hide under "individual owners" but this seems to make the problem worse as mistakes seem to be nobody's fault. I will not use another Comfort Dental again and I will make complaint to my insurance company and the BBB to ensure this type of treatment is noted publicly.

Going to the dentist is an experience it’s self.. Yet for the first time it wasn’t as bad.. I got a crown. To come once is bad enough but to do in a 3part madness.. Not so bad of a event.. The last visit the young assistant girl who looked 15 made me laugh..

They always let you know what to expect, then perform the procedure or process with ease, and explain everything at the end when it comes to billing. Rose and everybody there made it a fun experience.

Very disastisfied with the service here. Stood at check in for a good 5 minutes before anyone even greeted me. Nobody at the check in desk. Then I waited for 45 minutes passed my appointment time before even being called back. Waited an additional 30-45 minutes before the doctor came to speak with me. Now I’m an hour+ passed my original appointment time and still no service from anybody. Not coming back to this office.

Took appointment for multiple people in the household with the same dentist. First appointment came in 45 mins after check in process which was OK. After the checkup was complete for the first, waited 2 hours and enquired about being late. The response was the other patients checkup is taking longer than expected. More than 6 people who came in 2 hours later than us got in within 15 mins of checkin. How is it that the patients waiting for around 3 hours of checkin cannot be seen and the others can be seen immediately specially when the appointment was scheduled for the family one after the other from 2pm to 4pm (30 mins for each). We walked out after 3 hours of waiting. Not recommended.

This location is always friendly and quick to get me in and out, even during evenings and weekends. They are an honest dental practice. Very clean including the restroom. Reasonable prices for treatment.
