Dr. Jacobs did the best extraction I’ve ever had in my life today it literally took 4 minutes and it was a HUGE molar way in the back top left. I was having anxiety before he began but wow I had no reason to be afraid! Great job!

Everyone was amazing. I've had some really bad experiences with dentist. All of the staff at comfort dental we're so helpful and polite. The dentist was also great.

The hygienist Ethen who did my xrays was fantastic, Dr. Michael Jacobs was lovely and knowledgeable, and all the other dental office staff were great, but I arrived on time for my 7:30am appointment and by the time I was seen by a doctor it was around 8:20am, we discussed my treatment options but due to other appointments needing nitrous tanks also I needed to reschedule my appointment. I only give 1 star because I took off work for this and then proceeded to have no real dental work done other than the xrays. I was one of the first appointments scheduled that day yet later appointments seemed to be a priority over me. Comfort Dental at Quincy and Hampden you guys should really get organized. Also, questioning whether a young person of color has insurance and then acting surprised when it is govt/military insurance and/or "the best you may have seen" is insulting, please stop doing that, you can probe about insurance privately over the phone

[Edit: I planned on changing my review after going back to my rescheduled appointment but I honestly don't feel like returning to Comfort Dental after this. already have an appointment with another dental group in the area.]

I would give a negative star if I could. They called me back for my appointment 20 minutes late. After looking at my mouth and confirming that he wasn't sure but most likely I would need a crown, no further search no further diagnosis. The dentist just began to usher me to the payment desk to figure out how to pay for a crown. I explained I would like a little further investigation to determine whether or not that was necessary he literally huffed and agreed that we could go ahead and do an x-ray. Waited about 10min, x-ray done and only one dentist for about 10 patients. I looked at my own x-ray and there was no crack or fracture in my tooth. I feel they just assumed looked for the easiest procedure and pick that one. I would not go here again

Dr. Montgomery was awesome. I had to switch dentists for insurance reasons (old one wouldn't accept it) so i went here. Everyone was nice and friendly, and Dr. Montgomery talked me through what he was doing when he was doing it. I was nervous at first, but him and the staff there helped me calm down

Went here several years ago to have my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. James Liu. The whole experience was a mess. They gave me medication typically used for patients with insomnia to “put me to sleep” and instructed me to take it two hours prior to the appointment. Upon arrival, the office staff was so disorganized they tried to reschedule me after I was already incoherent, stating that they were behind that day. After finally sorting that out, they decided to operate on me a couple hours later. This probably should have been my sign to leave and go elsewhere.

After the surgery, they stated that they had extracted all my teeth. Now four years later, I had to have another dentist re-do their work. They did not in fact extract all of my wisdom teeth. Instead they took out the superficial portion of two and left the rest in. When I attempted to contact their customer service about this, they insisted I come back to them to fix it rather than reimbursing me for another dentist to do it. Why would I want to come back somewhere I had a terrible experience at?

Had a dental emergency this morning at 5am, they got me in a chair as soon as they opened. They did everything they could to not only keep me comfortable, but educate me about what was happening and my options to fix it. I appreciate everyone on their team for going above and beyond to help me, even with being a new patient.

I thought they did a very good job! First time not going to a private dentist and they really took care of me. The gentlemen who put my filings in was very nice and made me feel comfortable as well.

I had such a wonderful experience here at comfort dental the hours the staff . I had a,tooth extracted and experienced no pain before or after. this has never happened with me before. I have a,zero tolerance for pain . the Dr gave me a prescription for pain I've only had to take one pill. The name says it all
