Although they do a decent job in their dentistry they are not capable of being on time. Today was the third time we’ve had an appointment and ended up waiting almost an hour. One of the times we were the first appointment of the day and the dentist was an hour and a half late.

Very rude people and bad management, specially at check out. I am a client of Comfort Dental for more than 10 years. I am a loyal client to another Comfort Dental location, but I took my dad to this location for convinience of time. Personally, never came here for all the bad reviews I read in the past.....well....Bad choice I made letting my dad come here.....NEVER AGAIN !!! The lady at check out was very rude to my dad, not respect to a senior. Sorry, but I ain't going to let him go back there. The owner needs to train his people on the administrative and reception area. If you want to make your business grow and not scare clients with people with anger issues, then be more involve, they are the face of your business after all.

Dr. Thousand & his staff are awesome. They are always super inviting & they don’t make me wait long to be seen. Doc is funny as well. Makes going to the dentist not so bad.

I was in really severe pain due to a cavity on my right bottom molar. I was hoping they could help me by filling it and or just taking it out. They made it WORSE. The dentist just basically yelled at me for my cavity, which I kinda understand, I do need to take it easy on the sugar. But nevertheless I just wanted relief. They most likely assigned a new nurse to me or something because even after I told them my pain was severe, she was still so rough to the point where I literally started tearing up due to the pain. On top of that she couldn’t even fill my tooth correctly, so another nurse had to take over. She was much more gentle (pretty sure it’s because she saw how much pain I was in). Within a few hours PIECES OF MY MOLAR WHERE FALLING OUT. THEY BROKE IT EVEN MORE. Worst experience ever.

If I could give this a negative star I would Dr. Montgomery was very rude unprofessional and only talked about money saying if I can pay cash today he could do a procedure! Not even explaining to me how much it would be he does not care about his patients only the money he wanted me to Come back for another appointment instead of doing what I originally scheduled the appointment for ! do not ever go here! I will never go to another comfort dental again!

Went to the Comfort Dental off of Parker and Oxford super unprofessional and it's not like poo.. so we went to Comfort Dental where Dr thousand is.. stop me in right away awesome people good receptionist and Dr thousand is amazing. Noses stuff super nice guy great place to go..
