Went in for a cleaning and was assigned a new employee that obviously never did a teeth cleaning before. I've had many cleanings and this is by far the worst. From my experience at Comfort Dental, for any service, the dentist follows up with the procedure. This did not happen. The student who did the cleaning actually apologized to me for being new and "still learning ".

My children and I have been going to Dr. Hughes for a couple of years now and he is always so patient and knowledgeable. He really spends the time explaining in layman’s terms the procedures and/or alternatives for treatments. I really trust him and appreciate his attentiveness in ensuring I am comfortable during my visits. I have referred him to friends and family and they always comment on how good he is as well as how reasonable his fees are as compared to other quotes they have received for the same services!

Extremely competent and professional staff. I needed a crown and had been putting it off for several years. Dr. Montgomery and his staff were amazing. Don't get me wrong...going to the dentist is about the worst way to spend time but with a crew like his...I knew I was in good hands. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks for fixing my mouth!

Services at this office have been a horrible experience. A developmental disabled client mine is supposed to have 2 crowns seated today. We get to the appointment and not only do they not have the crowns in. The office manager was not aware that they don't have several patients crowns in. I have worked in dentistry myself for several years. The office manager, one of the assistants or the dentist should have been aware that the crowns were not in and they should have been calling to notify patients, apologize for the inconvenience and rescheduling them as soon as they were aware. The fact that no one was aware means that no one is paying attention and everyone is dropping the ball. In this office everyone is relaxing and chillin. There is no sense of urgency at all even when they are running behind. It makes no sense at all. The assistants are wearing see through stretch pants, no scrubs and no white coat. Super unprofessional! I'm suprised this office is still up and running. The office manager is a really young man who is extremely timid with what seems to be ZERO experience. He seems to have no clue of what he's doing or what is going on. That is bad for the entire office. However, he does seem to be very nice, poor guy. All the dentist in this office should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the office to run so sloppy and unprofessional. As the dentist are over all in charge and are the leaders in the office (Even though it's a corporation). Comfort Dental needs to get it together they are by far the worst corporation in dental organization and they are a complete embarrassment to the dental industry. Please do better Comfort Dental.
