Completely Unproffessional, rude, and inexperienced dentist I have ever been to. The first time I went they did a root canal and they completely messed it up to the point that they had to give me steroids to help fix the damage they had done...THEN, I went back to them to have them fix what they had messed up after the steroid treatment was healed enough...It does not end there; Then after a month or so I started having extreme pain in the tootth that they had fixed with the root canal to find out that they had not killed all the nerves under the crown and they were growing into the crown itself. I carelesly went back the third time to have the nerves fixed, in which they just drilled through the crown instead of redoing everything that has now led to it cracking and now completely falling off. I had to threaten with a law suit to have my money refunded as I will not go back there. Dr. James Liu was a very kind doctor himself; but kindness does not excuse poor practices. STAY AWAY from this office!! The one on Parker and Orchard is the complete opposite and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been having all my dental work done here for about 4 years. Ever since I got Medicaid I had to find a dentist that took it for payment. All the doctors and technicians are very nice and they can help with anything you could need. There is a Walgreens pharmacy right nextdoor if you need to fill a prescription.

I had a great experience at comfort dental. The doctor, assistant, and receptionist were all very kind and extremely helpful.

Going to Comfort Dental on Quincy in Aurora almost cost me multiple teeth - literally. I almost want to sue for medical malpractice. I became concerned about problems and discharge from my front tooth. I went to Comfort Dental, had xrays, and the Dentist simply said he could keep his eye on it but since it wasn't causing much pain he wouldn't worry about it. I also had them fill a cavity they detected, and have only experienced constant pain since they filled it. I urged my wife to select a different dentist.

My wife received numerous recommendations for a different dentist close by. She described the problem with the discharge from my front tooth and they were very concerned. I came to them for a second opinion and their xrays showed that same front tooth was rotting near the root (from a post put in years earlier). I had to have an operation to extract the tooth and the infection was quite severe and led to bone grafts. They were sincere that if I'd waited much longer I might have lost my neighboring teeth as well.

Comfort Dental almost cost me tremendously and I strongly urge anyone to avoid this place. My filling was not even done by the dentist, it was done by an english as a second language assistant. Even when I came back to the office to have it repaired due to an overbite it caused, the dentist still did not touch it but rather turned it over to the same assistant. I have since met a Dental Assistant who use to work here and she told me she quit because she was very uncomfortable with procedures she was asked to perform, which most Dentists would have done themselves instead of passing it off.

10 days prior to today's visit I had a spacer placed to prep my gums for a new implant. I was concerned it might have slipped or shifted. As a walk-in patient after 5:00, the staff and Dr. Hughes got me in quickly and seen in less than 20 minutes.

Service outstanding, very clean dentist chair area and waiting room! Excellent patient care and waiting time to see dentist was was very short! BUDGET FRIENDLY Charges!!! Super pleased with Comfort Dental!!

I too was treated very rudely and condescending by Dr. Liue because i have medicaid. He told me after waiting in pain for 3 days to get in that I'd have to wait 2 weeks for pre-authorization. He didn't ask for pre-authorization the last time he did a crown and no cleaning! No wonder he's getting 1 star. The 5 star is probably an employee.

No one likes going to the dentist. These guys have made as comfortable experience as possible. They saved my life when I thought I would never be able to smile again. They did everything they could to put my smile back on.

It was comforting to say the least. Highly recommended and appreciated.
