This has been my daughter’s dentist since she was 6yrs old and looks like it will be here until she’s 18 lol she’s about to be 16 now, or her dentist moves because she’s been the same dentist (Dr QN) she’s had since she started coming here so she’s seen her pretty much grow up from being small to being as tall as her lol an the lady’s at the front are always so nice and greets everyone who comes in and when you leave they always wish you a great rest of your day.

I used this place a lot for my kids to get the service. Most of the team in this place are very helpful and friendly except one. The business shouldn’t sent out to explain medical terms to patients without a knowledge of yourself about the medical terminology or usage and benefits and/ or side effects.
My daughter and I were waiting in the car until someone come to speak to us. The person who’s name is Karen comes to make us sign some paperwork. She told us you have to use laughing gas otherwise you don’t get a service.
Ask her my understanding about laughing gas in chemistry has different purpose but I don’t know what it does for this purpose. It’s always good to have better understanding for explanations than being rude. Finally I asked someone else. Dr. Brown comes with courtesy and full explanation about the medical usage of laughing gas for this purpose. Thank you for that but we the customers don’t need someone seated there treats you unprofessional! Because you are there because of us and better to take anger management classes and customer service training courses and how to be professionalism!

Very friendly!!! The stuff knows how to work with a very very tough kid, been going there for years and I definitely will be taking my little girl there I don't think I won't be able to go to any another dentist they do such a great job!!!!

We just recently moved to the Strasburg area and my daughter started having pain in her tooth. To save a long story we ended coming to Lil Teeth Denistry. From the time I called to schedule and appointment to the time they got her problem fixed was 3 days Including a weekend. Amazing environment, amazing staff, amazing dentist for your children!! Nothing about this place could be changed to make it better, it’s fantastic. Very happy!!!

We've been taking our kids to Dr. Gillespie and Lil Teeth for 9 years. The entire staff is professional, gentle, and very accommodating. The kids actually enjoy the dentist and our 5 year old excitedly says, "look, it's my dinosaur dentist!" every time we pass.

Dr. Andre and the staff are just Awesome! We have a whole extended family that love it here! You know it’s good when a five year old says “Yay! We’re goong to the dentist today” Lol! This place is horrible!!!! My Little one had to have caps put on. Shortly after, her gums were red and she kept complaining that she was in pain. I made an appointment and took her in and I was told she was fine there was nothing going on. A few weeks after same issue still going on but now she had pus coming out from her gums. Took her in again, and again I was told there were no signs of infection and all looked well but was given a medication?!?! Not sure why if they insisted all was fine. Decided to take her elsewhere and sure enough I was told she has an infection, they had to schedule another surgery next day to remove the caps and hopefully save her teeth depending on how prior job was done. After surgery was done I was told they could not save her teeth. I would never recommend this place after all we went through. Be Aware!!! I would give it zero stars if I could!!!!!!!!
