Star Dental Institute

I have been a patient at Star Dental for the last year and a half. I couldn't be happier with the care that I've received. I had a very difficult case and I would like to say that Dr. Moore is awesome! He always took the time to stop and talk to me, even when I wasn't there to see him.
Dr Espinosa is an angel. She is talented and gentle.
Every single staff member is kind, pleasant and professional. You can tell that all their hearts are in it, and they truly care. It's so nice to see.
I'm very grateful for all the Dr"s and staff and I'm very happy with the results!

My initial in-office experience was fantastic, no complaints. However when I tried to call back and talk to their insurance handler about what we could arrange to do and when, they took a message and no one called me back - 3 times. Gonna look for another place.
UPDATE: I had an emergency before I could find a new place and had to go in again. Talking to them in person made all the difference and they are taking care of me really well now! I'm sticking with them. Just talk to Dr. Espinoza and her staff and skip the insurance handler!

This is an amazing dentist. They are always very curtious and professional. I feel like I'm being taken care of when I am there. The staff is truly amazing and always remembers me. Mayra is an aceptional tech she helped give me the smile I never had. They changed my life.

Absolute dedication to YOU! They helped in every aspect of my dental concerns and did it with amazing attention for comfort and understanding of options for treatment. Darien communicated everything with ease and clarity. Dr. Moore is exceptional in knowledge and experience. Even if I moved out of Colorado, I would still travel just to get all future dental work done with them! Incredible service!

This dentist office has horrible customer service. I went there for an evaluation & when my insurance didn't cover all the work, this dentist office didn't offer me an alternative plan. They basically said "you're screwed". Their office staff pulled a similar stunt with my partner then when she left a negative review on Google then they dropped her as a patient. Highly do not recommend!! I'd leave less than one star if I could!

First let me say I'm deathly afraid of dentists, that being said I had the best dental experience with star dental. the dental assistant was outstanding as was DR. Moore.

the girls in the back are the best at what they do as far as helping new dentures fit the patient. They even apologized for making me gag so bad.

If I have to go back to a dentist it will be at star dental!!!

I love this dental office. Everyone is so friendly and professional. There is no long waiting to see the dentist. Everything takes place on time and with the most care. I recommend them to everyone!

Just want to thank Veri, Tracy and Miyra (please forgive me if I spelled the names wrong), these girls have been great to my mother in law. We have been coming to this dentist for about a year now, Dr. Moore is who she sees and he took care of some tooth extractions, each visit everyone has been so nice! The 3 ladies always have so much patience with my mother in law and I appreciate that, also just a small thing as remembering her name when we walk in the office makes her feel so comfortable. A lot of people have anxiety about seeing the dentist so anything that makes it easier sure helps, so thank you all!

So far so good. The staff is very helpful. Doing dental implants is very intimidating but they do a good job of helping you understand the process. I'm 6 weeks in and happy with my decision so far even though it has been trying. Glad I chose star dental.
Until today! Bait and switch no communication. First visit was insurance would cover everything. The a few grand and two years to pay. No bills no communication no nothing. Now a demand for payment before I get my new teeth. Go to a reputable dentist. I've been picking bone out of my gums for weeks. Going somewhere else. Hope their students didn't screw me up to bad. We shall see.

Lies after lies and poor quality service and implants. My mom has had countless problems with her implants. Not being well adjusted, lied to about the process such as them covering the roof of her mouth and how many studs were placed into her mouth to hold in implants. I have gone in with her many times to see her be treated as if she is not telling the truth about the pain she is in and the incorrect bite. She finally gave up and accepted the poor bite. Now not even having them a year, teeth are falling out. Aviod this place at all costs! I wish my mom would have never went here!
