Star Dental Institute

I called and got an appt for new patient only 2 days later! I came in, everyone at the counter was nice, they all smiled at me, and I waited for a very short time(and there was people in the waiting moving in fast as well!) I have a bad set of teeth, the pretty eyed girl that brought me back was very nice to me right away. I got my xrays fast, and as I waited from time to time I could see everyone clearly working hard everywhere, that is evident! With my medicaid I might have had to wait for my extractions...However, An awesomely nice lady DDS came back and looked inside and saw my painful tooth that needed a "Emergency Surgical Extraction", she said to get me in right away to have it done. And it was! I went back, she numbed me up and Brian pulled it.
They were busy and fit me in because they actually cared! I have normally paid dentist hard earned cash for work, and these people took me in, cared, listened to what I had to say and overall had a great experience compared to the cocky yuppy dentists. Best part is they are getting me in very soon also to do all my fillings. I had a great experience, and look forward to more work and the people there. I strongly reccomend this place, whether you're broke like me trying to get back on your feet or if your ritzy on have money then it will be well spent, I'm sure this is a great place for anyone! Star Dental is absolutely amazing. I am so incredibly grateful for the staff and their service. They are so sweet. I love coming here. I actually look forward to coming to the dentist! They are such a blessing!!! ❤

The staff at Star Dental are just wonderful! The office manager ( name starts with the letter S) is a lovely and genuine man. I just adore him. I love the dental technician's. They are sincerely caring and put you at ease while they explain the procedures and after care clearly. They have several Dentists, i highly recommend Dr. Bucellato (hope i spelled that correctly) he is wonderful! He talks you through what he is doing and is patient and gentle. He has a great chair side manner. The technicians who do the dentures are also wonderful! One in particular is excellent (M). She is incredible! This is by far the best dental Institute i have experienced.

Extracted teeth in less than half an hour, The doctor that did it was awesome and the staffs always been friendly and helping with advice. I'd recommend going here.

The worst experience ever. I have dentures I'll never wear because they look terrible. I was told when they made them that they were out of the right size and left it at that. If I had known that I could've waited for them to come in then I definitely would've waited. It wasn't like I hadnt already waited for this for 6 months! So, when I called and complained the girl on the phone said to come in and we could see about making new ones because they want me to love my new dentures. So I went in and nope they didn't have any notes of my complaining and the girl basically acted as if I had been ok with it when they were made. Completely untrue. I would have never agreed to this. So now I have dentures I'll never wear and on top of that, they cut the liner out of my old ones to use as a mold and want to charge me 200.00 to replace the liner. You can bet that anyone I meet that needs a dentist I damn sure steer them away from this place.

I had partial top teeth deep cleaning of my mouth and they numbed my whole mouth Thankfully I had nothing to do that day that require talking. Assistant Karen or Dr. Espinosa do not communicate that they will require anesthesia of mouth to deep clean. The numbing took longer for a cleaning of 6 minutes. I will not go back or refer anyone there.

Would not recommend Dr. Rush if he was the last dentist on earth. Went in to replace a outdated partial. Told them specifically what I wanted and didn't want. After waiting 4 days which I thought they offered same day service, I received exactly what I didn't order. What he gave me was the same partial that I had and after expressing my disapproval was told I just need to get used to it. They do not have the best interest of the patient at heart. But they sure did require payment before I even received the partial.

Horrible place! Had to schedule an emergency appt due to intolerable pain. Was met with Uncaring employees and a barely attentive Doctor. It sucks when you don't have the best insurance & apparently my benefits are worse than Medicaid. I guess that means I get to suffer while they try to squeeze money out of me. Good thing I don't have any or I would have paid the extra thousands of dollars they were trying to bully me into spending to be pain free & able to look at myself.

OMG! These guys are GREAT! I just had twelve (yes 12!) teeth pulled yesterday and NO pain today!! I'm serious! Starting with Karissa & Mariah greeting u @ the front desk to sitting in Dr.Kramer's chair,probably the best dental visit I ever had! Dr. Kramer & his asst. Katie are extremely kind & compassionate,not to mention hilarious!! No laughing gas needed if ur seeing them! If u go anywhere else- you're making a BIG mistake! Love my new smile!

Star dental has always been good to me and I find him as a great dental institute that really are there to help and make sure that you are able to show your smile and have confidence although sometimes some of the front and secretaries could either like their job or go somewhere else and find somewhere else to work if they don't want to like be there because they shouldn't make it bad for the rest of the staff that do like their work so a little bit of an attitude adjustment and his name is Luis you don't hang up on people some of us have a hard time talking so maybe you need to learn to have patience and listen to themthank you Star dental
