I never been a patient. However I applied for a open job position. I was happy to get a call back and have an interview scheduled. The day before my interview I received a call that they had filled the position! Very unprofessional. If they would treat a potential employee as so... I could only imagine how they treat their clients... 0 stars if I could.

Dr. Moore advertised his service on radio on how he’s committed helping veterans with free dental. Hoping other dentists would join him in helping all veterans. When you call, the staff is completely clueless. At consultation they will tell you that they are not running a charity. Staff is rude and completely in the dark about their own advertisement. This is just another one using our veterans for their own purpose. Shameful, demeaning and disgraceful. Nothing is free except a degrading “consultation” and falls advertisement.

I really enjoyed this office they have great staff awesome dentists. The reason for my rating is they either forgot to redo their contract or chose not to with the VA community care and now I am in the middle of needing 2 root canals on teeth they just put crowns on and are still hurting. Very disappointing now i have to play a waiting game once again to find care

Everyone was very warm and welcoming. I have agoraphobia and severe anxiety. Everyone took their time with me and offered me many brakes. They allowed my caregiver to stay with me the whole time too.

I was looking for a dentist to fix the mess that another dentist did to me. Then I see the ad for Star Dental. I'm pretty sure this is the same dentist that came over from Stetson Hills Dental. If that's the case, I would not recommend him for dental implants. So disappointed and embarrassed with the results. UPDATE: Mar'19 that dentist is there; Dr. Gary Moore

Stasr dental has cancelled my appointment once and postponed my appointment from April until August.
They also postponed my wife's appointment from March until August.
Star Dental has a hard time running their business.
You may be best served by finding another practitioner.

Most amazing staff my dentures and gums were messed up badly from my prior dentist however star dental made me a perfect set words cannot describe my appreciation and my and gratitude but my smile shows.
