This was the worst dental experience of my life. I tried to make an appointment with the underwhelming front desk staff and I was scheduled for 10AM. I am a university professor and I have to schedule things around my classes. The day of my appointment I came in at 10 and around 10:40 (Still in the lobby) I asked if I could see the doctor. At 10:50 I was taken to a small room. At 11:05, I stated I needed to reschedule. I have lived in Europe and The USA and have never had such service. My husband is also respected heart surgeon and would NEVER treat his patients this way.The day I rescheduled I sat in the chair for another 30 minutes. The hygienists didn't even introduce themselves, as if their incompetence was my fault from the prior visit. My mother called me on my cell phone and the doctor came over and told me I was "THE RUDEST PATIENT". I was flabbergasted! They treated me in this fashion and I was rude?? I had to stay as it was the last day of my dental insurance before I switched to a new university and position. I felt violated and I literally left the office in TEARS! A grown woman left the office in tears!! My husband was livid as well as my colleagues. STEER CLEAR. I have never been treated in such a manner, especially when it was a lack of service on their end. NEVER send your family or your precious little ones here. I have NEVER, and I will NEVER allow myself to be treated in such a fashion again.

So I've been a patient here for about a year now. Everything always goes smoothly. I've had a couple of surgeries done and never have any complaints. But this particular situation with my last visit was exceptional! I needed a letter from the prescribing doctor for the Pre-employment process with my new job concerning my prescription for pain killers. And... my new job did not accept the letter and required another one. Not only was the entire staff very helpful in figuring out the exact requirements but Dr. Rowan took it upon himself to contact my HR lady directly to confirm that he had wrote exactly what they needed in the letter. I turned it in, it was approved, I'm in there like swimwear! They are always helpful and extremely professional! And I mean everyone that works there. I appreciate them and their service!

I walked in to this location with severe tooth pain. I was brought straight to the back where a DR asked me about my pain. Xrays were taken by a friendly staff member and the DR explained my tooth needed to be pulled. He was able to do the procedure in that time and within an hour I was finished. The entire staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean! The DR even called me the day after to see how I was feeling. I was very impressed with the staff and will be returning for future dental care!

I've been going to this dentist office since I was pregnant(Back in 2015).. I must say I am very surprised of the negative reviews on this place!!! I have got a few procedures done.(fillings, root canal, tooth extraction, etc).. with the same dentist Dr. Brian Severance. He is definitely one of the best dentist I've ever had. He works good will allll ages! As well as his awesome dentist assistants!! With my busy schedule I really enjoy them calling me to confirm appt time and dates... I really don't complain on the wait. If I make my appt on time the longest wait is about 15mins. When it comes to teeth I put all my TRUST at this dentist office. Looking forward to referring more people here!

NEW REVIEW - Again Ive been going to this exact dental office for about 7 years now. I absolutely am grateful for the team that works that this practice. Ive been Brain Severance patient since I was 19 years old. He has helped me with multiple issues. He has been honest, kind and really makes sure you are taking care of yourself.

Ive recently have met Kristine Villanueva about a year ago or two ago. She did a Root canal procedure and ended up doing another one on the same tooth. (This was my fault) when I came in I didn't have high hopes that we could save my tooth. WELL SHE DID!!!!! and after complaining about pain so much she actually told me to come in ON HER DAY OFF to get me out of pain!!!!! That same exact week!!!! Ive never felt so thankful. Again I just wanted to leave another review. This practice is so gentle and understanding the wait time is never long and will take care of you! Go ahead and make a appointment. You'll be happy.

I visited this office as a walk-in on a Sat AM. We were traveling to CO from out of state when I lost a filling and just needed a temp filling until I could get back to my dentist next week. (I called a number of places that were emergency locations as well as dentists at my final destination and most were going to be very expensive for just the exam and X-ray before they could even say if they would do a temp.).
Dr. Rowan and staff were friendly, efficient, were able to provide exactly what I needed with a quick exam, X-ray and temp filling, at a very fair cost and I was so happy with the service I made a point to tell the concierge at my hotel that they should recommend this place to any traveler needing service. No pain, no rushing and very nice staff.

Dr. Severance is the man. He just finished my deep cleaning and did a crown on my front tooth and I’m feeling brand new. Everyone was so nice from the front staff to the assistants. Also helps to see that they’re still following Covid guidelines and that was a piece of mind for me. Thanks!

The assistant Mariana (?ep) was great. She was so patient and explained what was to be expected during a filling I needed to get done, mind you, I dislike coming to the dentist due to my anxiety. Dr. Rowan got me out of pain without any pain.

I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but I had a crown on my front tooth come off the day before my husband's company Christmas party. They were able to get me in right away, and I didn't have any issues. They put a temporary crown on that was good enough for me to feel comfortable smiling in public at a formal dinner. I was very comfortable and happy with the service.

Thank you to my dentist. He was the sweetest dentist I’ve ever had. He made me feel like an actual patient. He provided different options to alleviate my pain. Thank you dr, Dallas Brimhall.

So I've been coming here for about 3 years. 3 times I have had problems with their fitting and Crowning. Its supposed to last 2 years or more but every time I go here it lasts 4-6 months before falling out. I've learned over the years what not to eat and what it can Handel (I've had a front tooth crown since I was 10) this place scams you. The glue they apply wears down after brushing your teeth and any pressure doesn't matter if its eggs or a soft sandwich it comes out. A waste of my time and money. I regret ever seeking this place out to refill my crown.
