Incapable of handling a minor teeth cleaning. Had a 330 pm appt., didn't see anyone till 4 and that's because I finally had it and asked the incompetent receptionist the just have looked at my nam several times,. Long story short , they outright lied and said I didn't sign in, when they knew I had an appointment and there were only two,of us in the room. The doctors haven't called , don't say a word, while standing right there, and basically said , who,cares. It takes one time for poor health care behavior like this for me to stay completely away from such outrageous treatment. Way too many dentist that actual care about their patients. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I wish there was an option to give this place zero stars. They don't respect your time. There is always seems to be an issue with my appointments. If you have the option go to the other locations of Comfort Dental do it!

Sitting here watching all the walk-ins go ahead of me. Been waiting 1hr 30 mins. Don't come here unless you feel like waiting until everyone's shift is over.
I see the "owner" responded. I should add that I had 1 abcess & 2 wisdom teeth were removed yesterday during my first visit. My problem was urgent and this place did nothing but made me wait! (When calling ahead I was told there was a 15-20 min wait..big lie) I'm very glad I left, I found a very good dentist a couple miles up the road. Dr.Zenon by Walmart. I requested to have my info removed from your system, I hope this was done.

I called beforehand and I told them my new insurance. They said I would be covered and then scheduled me two weeks out.... So yesterday I showed up and she was still looking up my old insurance. I provided the new and she said "They usually cover 100%." So I make it all the way to the dentist chair and set all my stuff down. The dentist is entirely ready to start taking my x-rays. I asked again, "Did she verify my insurance?" Of course she still hadn't checked and when she came back, she finally told me that they don't accept my type of Aetna coverage.... It took me two weeks of waiting, 30 mins in the office, and MAKING the dentist actually check my insurance. They will work on your teeth without verifying anything and ***YOU WILL GET STUCK WITH THE BILL!!*** Thank you so much for wasting my time... You have lost my business forever!

May2017 Had a few fillings put in the service was just as good as 3weeks ago wen I got a tooth pulled couldn't be happier with the doctors and staff outstanding once again. April 2017 I went here this morning for a walkin the lady at the front desk was very polite got me in less than 30 min the doctor was also very nice got me in an out in a hour was very good with the needles no pain at all An the assistant staff was also outstanding i don't know about these other reviews but I know I would come here without a question everything An everyone was top notch.

Highly not recommend to go there. Dr. Dallas isn’t there for his patients at all he’s there to get a pay check and subscribe meds I don’t need neither did I ask for them , he gets up walks off then come backs very rude like you are bothering him. I left with a numb mouth and a bloody tooth that’s still not pulled out. If you wanna be treated like a dollar sign then booted out come here.

Had a 0930 appointment, arrived 15 minutes early to make sure my paperwork and insurance information were all up to date. I had to ask them at 1000, how late their appointments were running. Finally started my appointment at 1010. Staff were unapologetic and unconcerned. Would not recommend this location and will not be returning for additional care.

I had a bridge break loose on my flight to Denver - was able to go straight to the office and get in within the hour to have it glued back in place, even though it was early evening. Great that they have later hours & very happy with the service they provided. Too bad I live in Texas!

Dr. Rowen was awesome, very busy, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain certain questions I had ( I ask a lot of questions ). His assistant was awesome as well. I would definitely recommend. I also want to say a huge thank you for donating their time on Christmas Eve, it helped a lot more than they know. Great experience, thank you!!

Went down there for deep cleaning for the first time. Dr. Brian was amazing !! Very professional, friendly and pays attention to detail. Staff are also awesome. Would highly recommend !! 👍🏾
