The Denver Dentists

As a new patient I found every aspect of starting new care with Dr. Burson to be above all expectations. Each stage had communication and clear direction. The appointment itself was smooth and I felt like Dr. Burson, Paige, Katie and Carrie all took the time to explain what was happening and why. That was very welcomed. Add in the Netflix, neck pillow and wireless headphones and it was by far the best dental appointment I have ever had. I highly recommend this team.

I don't love dental work done but I do love having this wonderful dentists office in our neighborhood. I had to get a bunch of dental work done while I was pregnant; Dr. Burston took the time to explain it all, in detail, which made me feel well cared for during all of the craziness of being pregnant. Highly recommend!

Dr B and staff were amazing and made me feel like a long time patient on day one. I would 100% recommend their team and practice to anyone. Not to mention how comfortable I was the whole time with TV's on the ceiling, neck pillows, sound cancelling headphones, and lovely staff. I will no longer hesitate seeing the dentist and make sure to see Dr B and staff regularly.

Absolutely wonderful dentist! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the environment of the office is very trendy with good music. You can watch netflix while they perform whatever procedure you’re there for on nice headphones which is really cool and helps time go by. Dr. Burson makes you feel really comfortable and is very informative - he provided me with all my options and let me decide. Very low pressure - they aren’t always trying to talk you into expensive procedures which is nice compared to some dentists i’ve been to in the past. Highly recommend!!!

The filling fell off my chipped front tooth days before an important event. They were able to get me in within 2 days and fixed it in 30 mins! Plus the fix looks better than the previous filling i had from a different dentist! so happy with how it looks and how easy of an experience it was!

my experience at the denver dentists was beyond amazing. The staff are so kind when you first get there and not to mention they offer delicious beverages like la croix while you wait. Once youre taken back, the staff are insanely quick and professional and they offer amazing amenities like watching netflix, neck pillows and blankets as well as an amazing numbing cream so you don't feel anything! I recommend this dentistry to everyone I know

UPDATE: After the terrible job the assistant did. One of my fillings has completely came out. Once again I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I don’t even know where to begin, but I do not recommend this dentist. I went in to have cavities filled. I thought that this would be done by the dentist himself considering it is bigger work than a simple cleaning, however, it was not. I had a dental assistant do my fillings who was basically learning how to do fillings on me. I was not once advised before having a drill put to my mouth that a dental assistant would be doing this. In the middle of the procedure, another woman walked in the room who was directing the dental assistant on what to do. When I had a moment to speak I asked the dental assistant “are you learning on me?” That was when I was blatantly lied to by the dental assistant. She said “no” in a cold tone. Then continued to create a facade as if she has been doing this for years. She acted as if the girl who was directing her was HER assistant. She made comments such as “wow it’s so nice having an assistant” after I asked her of her qualifications, trying to cover her lies. The assistant was making comments while working in my mouth such as “oh my gosh I always get the bonding everywhere” that’s not very assuring to hear while you are getting your teeth worked on. The assistant who worked on me also had very long eyelash extensions and was not wearing goggles. I watched as debris from my mouth flew into her long eyelashes and got stuck, that’s not very sanitary to me. After the fillings were complete the real dentist came in. I thought maybe he would be a bit more professional but boy was I wrong. I was trying to communicate that my bite was uneven following the messy procedure the dental assistant had done. Due to the fact of my mouth being completely numb, it was hard to pinpoint the exact area where my bite seemed uneven. The dentist was so rude and demeaning, telling me to “use my words” in a very condescending tone. That was when I found out the assistant had lied to me and was learning on my teeth, making permanent changes to my body. The woman who was directing her, whom the assistant claimed was her assistant, was in fact above her in seniority. I don’t know why they had to lie to me. I’ve never felt so violated at the dentist office. When I got home, part of the filling had come out. I would attach the photo to this review if I could. I wish I could go back to the dentist to have them fix the messy job the assistant did but they completely lost my trust and I will be going elsewhere. If you don’t want to be used as a practice dummy, avoid this place at all costs, they are liars and they are sloppy with their work.

I’ve been going here for about 2 years and I can say Kenneth Burson is an experienced dentist with a lot of talent. He even pulled my wisdom teeth. He always takes the time to chat with you and listens to all your concerns. Shout out to Katie and Aubrey for the 5 star teeth cleaning today 🤙

I have been to this dentist about 5 times, and I no longer feel comfortable returning here. All of the cleanings I’ve had done were great. However, yesterday I went in to have a sedative filling replaced with a permanent filling that I was told multiple times would need to be replaced. I was given anesthetic injections, only for the dentist to come in, look at my mouth, and let me know that it didn’t need to be replaced. I was refunded, but no one thought to apologize or even mention the error. I am still in pain from the injection. This is a generally nice office, but I think consideration for patients gets lost sometimes.

I had such a great experience at The Denver Dentists! The hygienist gave me some great tips on how to take better care of my teeth that no other dentist has communicated to me before. They gave me a neck pillow & let me watch Netflix. Plus the entire staff was very friendly. I'm so glad I chose to go to The Denver Dentists!
