Denver Dentists - wow wow wow what an experience, right from the get go, they have you fill out an assessment that is thorough and asks you if you have dental anxiety, which as someone who does, I very much so appreciate. The team was very empathetic, from front desk check in staff to the hygienist to the dentist - a great team and experience! Many options for distraction for those that have anxiety - TV/netflix, WINSTON!!!!

I had my first appointment today and I had a really great experience at The Denver Dentists. I was referred by a friend and all of the staff were personable and very friendly. This will definitely be my new dentist here in Denver!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a waste of time.
I’ve seen the same dentist in Denver for years now. Earlier this year I had to reschedule a routine cleaning, but it was going to be months before I could get back on their calendar. So, I thought I’d try a different dentist near my house, and scheduled a cleaning.
I still had to wait over a month for an appointment with Denver Dentists. Then, just two days before my appointment I was informed that the dentist wouldn’t actually be in at the time of my visit—I would have a cleaning and then would need to schedule another appointment on a later date for an exam with the doc. Never mind that I work full time as an attorney and I’m a mom to an infant—that scheduling time to get into the dentist can be challenging. But at that point, I just wanted to get in for my cleaning.
When I checked in for appointment, the front desk staff charged me in advance for a fluoride treatment. My hygienist then took an obscene number of images of my teeth. That was fine, I figured. I was a new patient after all. The process took a while…well over 45 mins? The front desk staff were playing music so loudly through the office that I couldn’t hear what my hygienist was saying at times. She was frustrated and asked for it to be turned down. I guess when the doc is away the staff will play.
My hygienist then checked my gum health and recommended a “deep” cleaning for certain areas of my mouth. I was interested. She had someone from the front desk come to my patient cubicle to review costs. The recommended enhanced cleaning would be about $530 beyond what insurance would cover. And because of the type of insurance I have, I would need TWO additional appointments—one for the “basic” cleaning that my insurance would cover, and another for the “deep” cleaning that my hygienist recommended.
I was confused. I had expected to get a cleaning that very day—I was overdue for a cleaning, had booked an appointment for a cleaning, and had already even paid for a fluoride treatment in advance. I asked why I wasn’t at least getting the “basic” cleaning out of the way given that’s exactly what I had scheduled that day, and I was told there wasn’t enough time!
Hot tip—for new patients, book appointments with enough time to gather patient info and images AND to have a basic cleaning. If that had been the case, I would have been able to get the basic cleaning I needed on the day that it was scheduled, and to come back on a later date for a deep clean if I wanted. I relayed this to the front desk staffer who snarkily thanked me for my feedback. You’re welcome.
Now I understand why my original dentist is so booked up—if this is one of my alternatives… Ill do everything in my power to ensure that Denver Dentists receives nothing from me or my insurance company given that they provided zero treatment and instead wasted my time.

I had the best dental experience ever! If you are new to Denver I highly recommend. I was blown away by how kind the staff was. From the receptionist, to the dental hygienists, to the Dr. Burson - everyone was welcoming and friendly. My cleaning felt like a spa. I normally dread going to the dentist and now I’m oddly looking forward to get my filling. There’s a TV on the ceiling, a neck pillow, wireless headphones, and a warm towel for your face at the end. I can’t see myself ever going to a different dentist!

If you don’t LOVE love your dentist, then I can assure you your expectations will be surpassed here. I was treated with a blanket, neck pillow and a hot towel at the end. They are turning the dental experience into a spa experience! Such awesome people too.

I definitely recommend The Denver Dentists. They have really invested in making you as comfortable as possible - from neck pillows and comfy chairs to watching Netflix throughout the procedure. The only reason I've given them 4 stars is because I've had some miscommunication with prices. I've just been writing down what they say it will be for the next visit because the receptionist doesn't seem to always have all of the info.

From start to finish, this office was top notch! Very professional and inviting atmosphere. The staff and Dr. Burson make you feel comfortable and at ease while you have your dental procedure done. Loved my visit!

Staff was really great! The dentist and owner seems to really care. Lovely office and comfortable atmosphere (they give you a neck pillow and there are TVs to watch during your teeth cleaning). They definitely don't try to sell you on things you don't need. This will now be my regular dentist office.

My son and I went to The Denver Dentists today and I have to say that it was like no other dentist visit I have had before. Because of the COVID pandemic we had to do some extra measures to stay safe and it was very much appreciated. Carrie, one of the staff, met us at our car to fill out the new patient paperwork and took our temperature. All the staff and patients that we saw there wore masks and gloves. The atmosphere was pleasant with music playing in the background and we even got puppy love from the dog that greeted us. When the dental assistant offered me a neck rest, a TV remote, and a blanket it was like I was being pampered rather than being at the dentist. My consultation was swift and thorough with a personal touch even with the social distancing that was ever present. I will definitely continue my service there.
