I really lucked out when this office opened within walking distance of my house. The foundations of a good dentist office are all there. Friendly staff? Check. Up-to-date technology and methods? Check. Thorough explanation of methods and recommendations? Check.
It's also important to mention the secondary highlights that are just plain enjoyable. In addition to the free water and shwag before and after treatment, you can watch TV while you get your teeth cleaned. It's literally on the ceiling. It's also impressive and charming when the staff remembers your name and your life events since the last time you visited.

Dr. Majors and team are great. Everyone at this practice are very nice and welcoming. They do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable with whatever procedure you may be getting.
If you are in the Denver area, I definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to this place for 5 years or so. Dr. Burson and the staff are personable and competent. You can watch TV while your dental work is being done, which is wonderful to take your mind off it.
However, I called today to schedule a teeth cleaning (which I receive for free twice per year with my yearly plan) and was told that the next availability was May 2023. That’s 6 months from now. This is unacceptable when I’m supposed to be able to get 2 free teeth cleanings per year.
Please, fix this problem Dr. Burson because you run an excellent practice otherwise.

Straight up scam. Took $1k up front for a set of lower partials, only to move the goal post time after time for two years. Was told they had them made up and in the office, now being told they actually never even made them. Told by the dentist (after be tried to make me say everything was my fault and get me to do more X-rays and a deep cleaning) that I could get my money back, only to get to the front desk and have the secretary immediately say that I was "threatening her" because I was higher up than her...I was standing and she's sitting at a desk... So she then threatened to call the cops.. All over getting back the money was taken two years ago. 0/0 would not recommend to anyone unless your thing is having to schedule appointments 6 months out

Super pleasant experience with my initial evaluation. Creating a dental plan with the team (it did involve several people!) was very easy, transparent, and helpful. I look forward to the next steps with the dental team - which isn’t something I’ve ever said before about going to the dentist.

Getting charged a cancellation fee for cancelling due to snow is ridiculous. If you have a car that doesn't do well in the snow, don't make an appointment in the winter.

These guys are great. They have been my dentist for a while, but a few days I chipped a tooth right before I had to fly out of town for work. They were able to get me in for repair same day. They are flexible, communicative, and friendly. Furthermore, they do everything they can to make the actual visit comfortable. Little things like neck pillows and netflix etc.
Highly recommend these folks.

I don’t longer have dental insurance and I broke my front tooth today. Not only did I get my crown in less than two hours, but the payment plan that you guys offer was INCREDIBLE!. Truly helped me.
