JP Dental and Implant Center

After problems, they pushed my next appointment for 3 weeks from now, knowing I’ll be out of state that exact day so I have to wait another MONTH. Their fault but they don’t feel the need to expedite the appointment . Try getting in to FIX their goof - we’re sorry can’t get in until your scheduled appointment.👎🏾👎🏾O
They forced me to sign a waiver, and are making me go to another dentistry to have them put in. They did not explain the waiver either. I wonder if I’m the only senior citizen that they’re scamming? I hope nobody else has been conned by them. Dental college work that’s terrible.

Dr. Poovey and his staff were extremely helpful and professional in addressing my dental needs. They were very patient in answering my questions and addressed all my concerns. I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Poovey's dental practice for anyone needing dental work particularly in need of implants.

I have been a client with Dr. Poovey for a long time. He is so nice and I totally trust him with my care. I wouldn’t even consider another Dentist, unless I had to. His staff is very educated and very friendly as well. I highly recommend him for any of your Dental needs.

Everyone at the office was great, starting at the front counter. I was checked in before I even walked up to the counter and my appointment began on time. Heather was great. Heather remembered my past visit and my family and she is very easy to talk to. Heather was also knowledgeable and informative when I explained a concern to her. All of my issues were addressed and I left the office feeling very comfortable with my visit. Great experience.

We were very happy with the care we received at JP Dental, there were some serious issues and we feel like we’re headed in the right direction. The staff was very professional and Dr Poovey earned our confidence and respect. No need to ever go anywhere else.

They're all incredible and Dr. Poovey runs a tight ship, making sure everything is top of the line. I have dealt with anxiety issues around dentistry ever since I was a child. I have always waited until the last minute to go in and get work done. This time was no different, except for the service and attention paid to my issues. JP Dental Group did a wonderful job at limiting any issues that I had, and the follow ups have been convenient and always included in my initial cost. I never give five stars because of the cost of any dental work, but for service and understanding; I would give JP Dental Group five stars! Thank you JP!

I Was very impressed with Dr. P’s attention to detail as well as him being sympathetic to my extreme anxiety. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work he did placing an implant for my front tooth. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you JP dental for getting my confidence back.

$19,000 for upper implants for my mother, paid in full nearly two years ago.
Received a letter from the office a few months back that they will service implant patients only, no more general dentistry. No big deal I thought, they'll still work with my mother with implants they did.
Called to schedule a routine cleaning (not included with 19k implant fee, I'm happy to pay for routine maintenance) and they said they'll only fix "problems" with implants they did and won't do regular checkups anymore.
Two things:
First, If you're short staffed and don't have employees to do cleanings, swallow your degree pride and clean the implants you implanted, I'm sure you were taught cleaning before moving onto implants.
Second, no one else wants to touch her implants because they don't want to be liable for finding something wrong with something they didn't implant, (Don't blame them, would you?)

Stand behind your work and pick up a broom if your janitor quits, and remember, your customers pay your bills, not your degree. If you want to be a literal "one and done" implant provider, be truthful in your advertisement.
