All I can say is AMAZING!!!!!
From the moment I called and scheduled my 6 month check up, with Angel, which by the way is the most friendliest and courteous Front Desk person I have ever met, she answered all my questions I had and made me feel so welcomed. Who can say that about their doctor's office? Typically front desk staff or even the operators scheduling appointments, are usually cold and they don't smile or try to engage with the patient in front of them or even over the phone. It's almost as if they hate their job. You will not have that problem EVER when you call Beacon Square Family Dentistry to schedule your appointment.
I just can't say enough about this office, and the doctors REALLY CARE about you, the person, their patient.
Thank you a bazillion times, I found my dental care HOME.

My daughter started going to Dr Dari Shapiro last year. We found her through her dental insurance. What a amazing dentist. She takes the time to explain everything. Her front office is so friendly and wonderful especially Angel. the email reminders for appointments are great so you don't have to worry about trying to remember. Highly recommended !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I am appalled by Dr. Kevin Brown's outlandish approach to my visit by suggesting an extreme and expensive treatment plan for something I didn't even need. Months ago, he advised that I needed a crown for a cavity. I was confused by this because my x-rays came back absolutely clean and I wasn't feeling any sort of discomfort or sensitivity.
The crown would have cost me $1500, which I didn't have, so I took my time to save money and to also sought out second, and third opinions. To my surprise, the two new dentists I went to see took new x-rays and said I had NO cavity and they actually refused to treat me via crown OR filling. They said it was unnecessary especially since I had no sensitivity. After almost 6 months of worrying I needed to save money for a crown, and having to waste my time seeking out new opinions because I couldn't trust anyone at Shapiro Family Dentistry, I'm upset to find out that I never even needed it in the first place. I WISH I did have a problem instead of being lied to!
I am disappointed by the entire staff here. Everyone just wanted money from me. In addition to this crown, they charged me for a cleaning, which I have never had to pay for with any other dentists I've ever had (it should have been covered via insurance). The staff here takes very excessive approaches to cleanings and treatments to gain financially from patients and its disgusting. I would not recommend these services to anyone.

The office staff was very friendly. Got me in the same day I called with a trama to my front tooth. The doctor came up with a plan for my case after reviewing my x-rays. The nurses were quick and kind during my treatment. Thanks for making a bad situation better.

This office is bright, cheery and clean. The office staff is pleasant, smiling and helpful. I am not the best dental patient in the world but Dr Seth and his assistant Stefan put me at ease. Dr Seth told me everything he was about to do so there were no surprises which I appreciated. Going to the dentist is still not my favorite thing to do but going to Shapiro Family and working with Seth certainly helps.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Seth at Shapiro Family Dentistry for a few years now and I couldn’t feel more happy and pleased with his work. He recently did two implants and the results amazed me. They look perfect! He is an excellent professional at what he does. He takes his work seriously. Everyone at the office is really nice and professional. Great team work!

The staff at the desk Stacy and RJ were amazing. I had an insurance issue and they helped me to get it taken care of. They definitely made the process much smoother and got things done fast.
