I cannot day enough positive things about the staff and Dr Seth. I want to address one thing that I saw in a lot of reviews. Many reviews talk about high pressure sales tactics and as a new patient just in town I have to say that is not what I experienced. The Shapiro Team did a film work up as a new patient and coming from a dentist that still used X-ray film in small square cardboard sleeves, the technologies that Dr Seth has invested in has helped me to understand better about what is going on with my dental health. I was absolutely not pressured to do anything but they did make me aware of what has to be done vs what would be god down the road.

I feel that when someone is good, or in this case, EXCELLENT, at what they do, you feel comfortable and understand what is going on and that is how I feel.

So in the end I loved my Dentist where I moved away from and now I am even happier with Dr Seth and his team. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and my teeth have never looked or felt better.

Have not seen a dentist in 2 years. Left with a new, perfectly fitting crown and the cleanest smile I have ever had. Staff is great. They work with a fun, team approach and they get quality work done quickly. Highly recommended.

Beacon Square Family Dentistry is the best place for dental needs. Amazin Dentist! After you met Dr Dari Shapiro, you feel comfortable and your fear is gone! She took time to explain your situation by using simple word just to make sure you understand the process of treatment. I can't wait to meet her husband. The staff is super! This is the best Dental practice. From the Dr.'s to the assistants to the office staff. The quality of the work is superior. There will be no other dentist for me or my family. Put your old dentist behind and come under the care of Dr. Seth and Dr. Dari. You won't be disappointed.

I recently relocated to the area and needed to find a new dentist. I tried Shapiro Family Dentistry and am so glad I did!!! Dr. Seth Shapiro did a complete dental exam and took his time with me, answering all my questions. Both Kate, the hygienist, and Moe, the technician, were extremely thorough and gentle. My teeth and gums are very sensitive, but I had almost no discomfort at all during the x-rays and cleaning. RJ at the front desk checked my insurance benefits and told me that I was entitled to an extra cleaning every year - which I never knew! The entire staff was professional, friendly and personable. I will be going back soon and highly recommend all of them!!!

I had another appointment in this office yesterday, and had a vastly different experience. The hygienist Gida initially made me very comfortable with a blanket goggles, and then berated me for not properly taking care of my teeth. Although I do have a problem with gum recession and plaque, I do brush and floss carefully every day, have regular cleanings and have even undergone periodontal surgery. I felt like a 5 year old being scolded for not behaving. Moreover, I was told repeatedly that I grind my teeth (which I still don't believe I do), and that I need to wear a night brace. When I declined, another of the office assistants told me that there was one available that would be covered completely by my insurance. I still hesitated, she wouldn't let up, and I finally gave in. Before I left the office, I was finally seen by Dr. Novak, who I had never met before. He didn't introduce himself and spent about 5 minutes with me. I left feeling very disappointed. As a p.s., I have since spoken to several friends who told me that they had negative experiences with the Invisalign appliance I will be getting. No one in the office told me any possible downsides.

As usual, Dr. Seth Shapiro is a genius!!
I had a complicated problem and he figured out how to fix it, so that I could get back to work whils the lab worked on my case.
His staff is also super friendly and very competent!

Both Dr. Seth & Dari Shapiro are not only the kind of people you can hardly find nowadays and appreciate to get to know them, they are also very good dentists that we could only wish for being their patience. Our family of three, my husband, my 11 year old daughter and I are visiting Shapiro Family Dentistry for more than a year and none of us ever had ever the fear to go to the dentist since we met them. Before Shapiro's it always was a plave we were avoiding to go. I had plenty of fillings, cleanings for myself, my daughter has been wearing braces for about a year and a half and we can already see such wonderful difference in her smile. My husband lately started a full mouth of implant procedure and he can't believe how his fear for getting his teeth done was so unnecessary. It has been going absolutly great so far and we know he will look at least 10 years younger with his new smile by the middle of this summer. Not only our wonderful doctors also the office staff is so freindly, sincere, caring and they all know what they are doing because several times we have seen both doctors carefully train their team for a five star service. They always call you, text you, email you to remind your appointment and make every effort to make changes according to your needs. The clinic itself is spotless clean, fresh and have a modern nice decoration which is giving you a cozy feeling while you wait for your appointment. They accept most insurance companies and even offer you an inhouse loan plan if you ever need so. With no doubt, I strongly suggest all my friends and family to go nowhere else but to Shapiro's and when they go, all I hear back is a huge "Thank you for the referral they are wonderful"

Excellent experience as a new patient. No one likes going to go the dentist, but they make it beyond pleasant. Angela at the desk is great with everything you could need and Ricardo gave me the best cleaning I have every had.

Great environment and five star services. I did my invisalign there with 100% satisfaction. Jenny is one of nicest person I've ever met.
