Since I have been going to Shapiro’s Family Dentistry they include you in the plan. That’s the greatest feeling! If they have to change your plans… they consult you. Plus they play great music & follow the”COVID Precautions.” If you miss your appointment they find the time to get you in. Also they’re great with financing! Each member of the team contributes their BEST! My family is noted for the” Wales-Girl Smile” and now I feel I have one of the greatest smile I can have. I came to Shapiro Family & Dentistry for a dental implant in the upper right side of my mouth. My initial consultation was great, they were thorough in their exam, and were very clear with the pricing and quotes. The experiences after my consultation were just as great, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The procedure went well. I had to visit 4 times over the course of 5 months. Each time I was taken care of expeditiously. Dr. Shapiro was gentle, and warned me before any expected pain or pressure. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. And, the end result is GREAT. I’m very happy with my results and will now switch my general dentist to Shapiro Family & Dentistry.

I didn’t have a good experience with this place. I just came for a consultation for the front crowns. I had to wait way more than average. Both my dentist and dental assistant were new employees in this clinic, and they both looked very tired and overwhelmed. My dentist criticized my dental assistant in front of me, it made it even more stressful. The front desk employees were not even wearing masks sitting next to the sign “masks are required”. I noticed just too many red flags and didn’t want to come back because I couldn’t trust this place. And I actually found a good dentist in the same area a week after. It was a few months ago, and now Shapiro is sending me a bill, even though they didn’t provide any service for me. I will have to waste more time to dispute this bill.
