BEWARE this place is an absolute scam. There have been several complaints to the American Dental Association about this business. The reason you read reviews is to find out more about a business. This is one business you want to stay FAR away from. If you care about yourself and your families health then I STRONGLY suggest you stay far away from Shapiro dentistry.

I have been using Dr. Dari Shapiro for about 10+ years. She has cared for my 3 children as well. She is warm and funny and makes my children feel right at home always. There is never a long wait but all the chairs are always filled. Her staff is terrific and caring. Randy, her Ortho tech is always a bright face to see. I had a horrible infection and I saw Dr. Seth. He not only fixed me immediately he was so patient as I was sobbing in pain until he was able to get the infection removed and under control. They are wonderful people and a really extraordinary team of professionals. The office is clean and beautifully decorated. I send all my family and friends to them.

I cant say enough great things about Shapiro Family Dentistry. The superior customer service... From the staff who answers the telephone .. assists with scheduling and helps when you have emergencies... ( Thank you RJ !!) they are all so helpful and are sincerely trying to help you manage everything when it comes to your dental needs. Dr Dari and Dr Seth Shapiro have helped me and both my daughters. My one daughter is 8 , one is 18 and I am 54... they are amazing!!! We all have different needs and they use their expertise to make sure we each have the best care and dental experience possible. They have fantastic follow up. I get a text and a phone call to remind of appts. Before they start any major work they do a treatment plan so you know what your responsibilities are .. I recently had an emergency and even when the Dr;s were away.. Dr Novack from their West Palm Office - they helped me. That is what I call service. I appreciate the attention to detail... to the state of the art equipment and the knowledge that ALL their staff has.. The dental assistants, hygienists and support staff. From your first point of contact to last you won't be disappointed. Thank you Shapiro Family Dentistry for making this part of our family life so much easier and as best experience as possible . I appreciate the customer service that you provide- and your flexibility. I have had to make changes in appts and you are always kind in helping me. I highly recommend Shapiro Family dentistry if you are seeking a new family dentist .

The staff and doctors were thorough and explained everything in layman's terms! The hygienist and dentist offered information for maintenance and follow-up options. I always feel so well taken care, especially Angel, she is a breathe of fresh air. They really make you feel special. It is wonderful. Thank you.

It’s been a while since I wanted to write a review how unprofessional and disgraceful this office is. It’s not uncommon, but they only care about sales and pushing unneeded treatments (5+ thousands) when other dentists provided much cheaper treatments on several occasions to me and my family. Moreover, I wanted to report this place for disclosing my HIPPA information when the front desk manager sent my personal information (including SSN) to a wrong phone number. The front desk staff never keeps their promises to even schedule appts. This place is a joke.

I was apprehensive about going to the dentist for several reasons. I hadn't been there in awhile and I needed to go. I work close by so I always see the office and I thought, let me call. I talked to a sweet girl who got me in right away. I got to the office and the same girl I spoke to checked me in, she was really great, made me feel comfortable. As soon as I sat down in the waiting room I got called in for my appointment. It was crazy, I arrived on time and actually saw the doctor at the same time. This shows me that the dr values my time as much as theirs; that goes a long way with me.

Well long story short, I got my checkup and cleaning same day and was given stellar treatment by the doctors, hygienist, and the staff in general. I have some follow ups to do so see you all soon.

Love Dr. Seth and Dr. Dari I have been coming to them for years!! I’ve never had any problems and they are always accommodating with my schedule! Shaquille is always at the front desk smiling and happy to see me. Randy is my ortho tech and he’s never made me feel more comfortable about having my braces. Love them all in this office

This was my first experience visiting a dentist for a yearly checkup since moving to South Florida.

The dentist recommended FOUR crowns and a root canal, among other procedures, totaling $5,178 after insurance and urged me to begin treatment right away. My last checkup 18 months prior with my previous dentist showed no work necessary, so I was shocked by the proposed plan and skeptical about the diagnosis.

I visited my previous dentist in my hometown for a second opinion. He recommended a single filling (possibly a crown), and said the other teeth wouldn't need crowns for 10-15 years.

Great staff, super friendly. Only con is that its hard to get an appointment to see the doctor herself, i usually end up seeing her assistant (hes amazing!) also its hard to get an appointment at the boca location in a timely manor. You usually have to book at least 3 weeks ahead of time.
Dr.shapiro was the only dentist i saw that made me feel good about the process of braces. Now my smile is 10000% better! I highly recommend shapiro family dentistry!
