Personal Care Family Dentistry

I have been seeing Dr. J since I was in middle school and I now bring my 3 kids and husband there. The staff is very friendly and I never sit in the waiting room more than 15 minutes. Dr. J is very nice and has a calm personality that makes you feel at ease. My 4 year old just had his very first visit and the staff were so patient and gentle with him.

I switched dentists and searched high and low for a great dentist and was lucky to find one. I initially went in for a 6 month cleaning. The office is clean, location is beautiful and the staff is friendly but not overbearing. I got my six months cleaning, then my ortho suggested I get an additional two teeth removed after my wisdom teeth. I called to schedule another appointment and they got me in quickly. He was able to remove the two teeth and gave me the option of sedation or numbing. I decided to just get numbing cream/shot. I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain. For the most part, I was just anxious. I felt slight pressure and the most disturbing part was just hearing my teeth crack. I recommend my best friend and she needed a root canal and she also felt no pain from the numbing shot/cream. He is very efficient and to the point!

I was really nervous about starting at a new dentist because it had been a while for me and both of my children hadn't gone to a dentist before. We've been going here for a year now and I can say that I am 100% pleased with this dentist's office. The Dental Assistants are awesome and Dr. Jazayeri has got a great temperament as well. Plus, both of my kids love going here which is the most important thing. I'm so thankful that they are part of my insurance network and highly recommend them.

The first impression is usually what makes you like or dislike a place or someone- my 7 year old had a fantastic experience with you guys, and even my 3 year old wanted to be seen there! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and I appreciate it the fantastic first impression you guys made on us!

Dr Jazayeri is amazing (and all the staff here!)
I had my first cleaning in longer than I'd like to admit for fear of the dentist, but after seeing how everyone at Personal Care were with my children, I decided to swallow my fear and establish care. I am SO happy I did! Dr. Jazayeri and the hygenist (Adriana- I think, sorry I'm bad with names) were so gentle and amazing! I can't thank you enough! I could not take anti-anxiety meds prior to the appointment because I didn't have anyone to drive me back home, I am happy to say I did not have a panic attack for the first time at the dentist. Never did I feel judged because of my dental health, and I appreciate that more than anything. Again, you guys are fantastic and I couldn't be happier to have come to you guys for our dental care!

Never again. I took my son based on the reviews to get him looked at for a cap that had come off a tooth. They insisted on a cleaning, well okay sure. Worst mistake that I will never make again. My son who's 9 left feeling like he had done something wrong because they he was referred out to someone else. Not once did anyone come out to tell there were any issues going on during the exam or cleaning.
This appointment was in October of 2020, in April of 2021 they call me saying my insurance never paid them for anything. Mmm... no i called our insurance when the doctors office finally made me aware. Our insurance never received any invoice for them to pay them for any services. So how would they know to? Overall.. big mess. Lesson learned, we ended up paying the balance today. Now I'm gonna pretend like I never made the mistake of going there and hope they forget we exist as well.

Extremely friendly, professional, knowledgable staff, and Dentist. Office was clean, inviting and soothing- I had a very pleasant first time visit experience at this dental office. I would recommend highly.

Been to many dentists in my lifetime and I have to admit I don’t look forward to going, with that said I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. J and his staff. I believe that the cleaning I received was the most thorough that I have ever experienced.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to!

Everyone at Dr Nick Jazayeri’s office always treats us like we are family. The staff is very professional and prompt. Dr Jazayeri is very kind also. He takes his time and explains everything so you understand what has or needs to be done.
