Reception was kind and helpful, hygienist was friendly and excellent at her job, and Dr J was informative, professional, and prompt. I was never uncomfortable in the office or with my cleaning. This was my fourth visit. I was there for my six month cleaning. The first thing I appreciate is they consistently stay to the appointment schedule. I have never had to wait beyond my appointment time before being called back. Also the staff is very friendly. My hygienist made great conversation during my visit and explained what she was doing as she went along. I don’t think you’re supposed to enjoy going to the dentist but this time I did. Great job!

My appointment was for a cleaning and general checkup. Only about 10-15 minuets on actual cleaning which I felt was rushed to be in and out quickly. Sure some cleanings take longer than others and was told I would need a second cleaning. I felt the initial cleaning could have been completed in one visit but was not. I do have a follow up appointment to take care of a couple cavities that are starting and hope this next visit is better and thorough. Initial rating with a 2 of 5 stars.

I voiced my concerns with them and they have rectified the situation with a thorough cleaning and have taken care of the 2 cavities as per the first visit. They were kind and courteous. Follow up rating 4 of 5 stars.
