Making the appointment was seamless. Once arriving for the first time we were greeted by a friendly staff. The office itself is updated, clean and comfortable. The hygienist was very efficient and friendly. The Denist Dr. Alsafar was excellent as well. Very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to and actually listened to you. We will return.

My experience has been incredible. Dr. Alsafar has a great bedside manner. He makes you feel comfortable and explains in detail whatever procedure needs to be done. His staff is incredibly friendly, kind and compassionate. My mother recently passed and Iana, has a sympathy card and present waiting for me after my session. You do not get that kind of service, compassion and empathy from these conglomerates. I am happy to be with a true family practice.

Staff were friendly but less than articulate about billing. Although they were provided insurance info up front they never indicated until after two appointments and the claim was submitted that they did not accept the insurance as a preferred provider. Do not recommend.

I'm editing my review as the new dentist has decided to not accept my insurance. Very disappointing. They did offer "their" insurance but the benefits are not as good as current carrier. I understand its business. I will be seeking another provider.
The new Dr. was very nice, professional and caring! The office staff always pleasant too! The hygienist was friendly, efficient and thorough. Pleasant experience! Thank you!

Dr MJ is awesome! Throughly goes over your teeth and dental plan with you. Staff are super friendly and the hygienist is amazing! Love that they are local and so close in St Johns! Would definitely recommend!
