Dr. Rodriguez- The Butcher.

You'd be a fool to go here. I went to have a crown done because my dentist was unable to get me in her office. Everything was going well... Until it came time to replace my temporary crown and have the permanent one seated. Once the crown was seated, my bite was severely off. For the next several minutes, I had a butcher in mouth - who fecked my entire bite. Rodriguez went from grinding down the crown, to grinding down at least two other teeth. Walking out I knew I would have to visit My dentist to get the bite correct. I began (and still do to this day) to have pains in mouth as a result of Rodriguez's work. A few weeks later, I went back to my doctor, who I've been seeing for over a decade, to learn what was happening with my bite and to get it fixed. What I learned was awful: I was informed that due to the work done by Rodriguez, my bite had been FOREVER altered from the original, causing the pain. To this day I still wake up in pain. When confronted, Rodriguez denied ever working on any other part of my mouth. You wished for a review, here it is.

Additionally, the attitude and demeanor of the entire staff switched towards me when I requested my alloy certificate and other medical files. I was originally denied my alloy certificate, under the grounds of, "We don't do that here." A flagrant violation of their Hippocratic Oath - absolute scumbags, the people have 0 regard. I was then told by the office manager that their office was closed... at 4pm, a full hour before they actually did. Over the next coming weeks I sent several emails, requesting ALL pertinent medical files, to NO avail. It was only under treat of legal action that I finally received them, weeks later. These people are slimy gits! I was charged $450 for a crown lengthening which was NEVER performed. Upon writing this review, months later, I have still not been refunded for that procedure. So, all in all, they stole from me and totally botched my mouth. And I've been friendly with these people for roughly seven years, went to middle school with their son. If they did it to me, they'll do it to you too.

How they still have a practice, let alone a doctorate in anything, is totally beyond me. If I have one regret in my life at 19 years of age, it is walking into their office. I wish I could go back. I hope people reading this can learn something from my story.

Really disappointed by the quality of care provided by "Dr" Art Mowery. Went in for a crown and within 2 weeks was in crippling pain because it had started to come loose already! Politely contacted Mr. Mowery's office to provide an opportunity to fix the poor quality work, and he refused to do any additional work on it without charging the full price AGAIN.

Ended up having to just go to another dentist to have it fixed and get out of pain, and paying full price since Mr. Mowery had his lawyer's bully me out of attempting to resolve this in court.

Response: I have seen you reply to multiple low star reviews that they have the wrong dentist despite citing by name and that they are fake, and many comments highlight that you constantly remove negative comments to improve your reviews. Of course I would not use my actual name given how hostile you are to other reviewers who have anything to say that isn't glowing.

This lady such a baby at the Dentist ,not today,I still can't believe how SUPER KIND and CARING this group is. Not dreading my next visit:)

Seriously the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I was in the worst, unbearable tooth pain from a broken tooth I’ve neglected to get taken care of. I called and they got me an appointment the very next day which was such a relief to begin with knowing there was an end in sight to the pain. When I got there the ladies in reception were so welcoming and they all made friendly conversation with me which helped ease my nerves about being there. Then I went back with the hygienist and admitted how nervous/embarrassed I was because I’ve neglected my teeth for longer than I should have and she ensured me that they were there to help, not judge, which made me feel so much more relieved. I’ve had awful experiences with other places in town including having a dentist tell me I was irresponsible and “needed to grow up” as I was crying in their exam room. I didn’t get any of those vibes here. The doctor himself who did my extraction was amazing and kind and answered all my questions about what he was doing which helped a lot with my medical anxiety. If you’re worried because you’ve been putting off going to the dentist, go here. It makes me feel so much better knowing I will have them to go to in the future.

What an awesome experience at a dental practice! I can’t say enough about how great this place is. I went here on short notice with severe pain and Dr Rodríguez informed me my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted. He went ahead and extracted the wisdom tooth which was completely painless (I was pretty impressed.) It is so nice to not have that pain anymore. From walking in, filling out paper work, to exam and extraction I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The office is very nice and they have state of the art equipment. The front desk staff and dental assistant who worked with me (I forgot her name) were all very nice and professional and kept me at ease with all my dental anxiety from numerous horror stories from past experiences at “corporate dental practices.” Even though they are out of network for my insurance, I’ll never go anywhere else. I can’t think of another dental practice that even comes close to this place in terms of dental care. I can’t wait to return to fix the rest of my teeth and get that great smile I’ve always wanted.

My first time visit here for a mystery tooth pain. I had heard about them via a radio commercial and it was true to it's word. I found this office to be so comfortable and warm and caring. I've gotten to be more anxious about dental work as I've gotten older, so I wanted to find an office that would be understanding and empathetic. The staff and doctor couldn't have been more accommodating and responsive to my needs. Besides being exceptional in their caring attitude, it was also exceptional in state of the art, cleanliness, and distraction "tools" such as a TV in the exam room with a movie playing. And, there was no drawn out wait time in the waiting room either. Also, the pricing was very reasonable. Thanks for a truly pleasant dental experience! I'll definitely be returning for a teeth cleaning. Terri

The absolute BEST in dentistry period. I have been a client for many, many years, and they have always provide me with top notch care & excellent customer service. I have had procedures from dental implants to regular teeth cleanings and everything is always perfect. The facility is spotless and has a great vibe. I absolutely love my dentists! Thank you for taking great care of me. Oh and I highly recommend getting sedated for longer procedures. Go to sleep, get procedure done, wake up, drink a smoothie and go home. Not bad at all! :)

Hands down, one of the best places I have ever had my teeth restored, cleaned and maintained. Every employee from check-in to checkout is amazing. The setting is calm and relaxing, the dental hygienists are wonderful, professional and all around great people. Dr. Art, Dr. Kim and Dr. Sean are world class. I would recommend anyone that is nervous about getting teeth work done, should go to Exceptional Dentistry. I am the biggest baby when it comes to getting me teeth worked on and they have completely change my mind on what it means to visit the dentist.

Although I have to say that Dr Mowry has always been very professional in the past and very good at what he does I was disappointed at today's visit. I had received a full upper implant about 2 1/2 years ago and everything went great. Last week while eating a baked potato a piece of the implant broke off, it happens to be where one of my post is. I went in at 3:00 for appt and was there until 3:45 only to be told that the fee for fixing implant would be $270.00. That is ok but what upset me was a $40.00 consult fee I had to pay today and I NEVER saw doctor!!!!!!! And why would I have to pay consult fee when I paid him close to $20,000.00 for the implant? I never saw doctor.
