Went in to have my wisdom teeth removed last week and there is nothing I can write in this review that would justify how phenomenal my experience was. The new office is incomparable to any medical/dental clinic I have ever stepped foot in, equipped with THE top of the line machinery and instruments (everything is brand new.) Easing me into my operation Dr. Art appeased me with some sweet FL Keys fishing videos as they prepared for the extraction. Every single staff member was welcoming with a smile on their face and it wasn't even Friday. I was in and out of there in no time and could not be happier with the team up at Exceptional. I drive all the way from Tampa for this service, I highly recommend a visit!

Love the staff, they are super friendly, responsive and patient-centered.
Sadly, dealing with the insurance and payment is really a pain. Really, if your dental doesn’t recognized them as in the service be ready to deal with a lot of push back from the insurance to cover for treatment. Not the dental office fault but they should not promise something that they don’t have control. Other than that, Exceptional Dentistry is the best dental care there is.

The staff are always warm, friendly and professional. Kelly (my hygienist), and Isa (my dental assistant) took great care of me and more importantly my teeth. But I have to be honest and say that all the staff there always take great care of me. They do this by continuously going above and beyond. Dr. Art, even though I wasn’t scheduled to see him today, popped in during my cleaning just to say hello. It’s those little attentions that always stand out to me! Thank you Exceptional Dentistry for continuing to set the standard when it comes to customer care! I would give you six ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of five if I could!

Him and his staff has always made me feel relaxed and important. Over the years I have not had insurance. I never felt that made a difference in the dental care I received. From start to finish, from the first telephone call, to me stepping out to my truck post procedure, exceptional dentistry is truly exceptional!!! Stars aligned and I was fortunate enough to make this choice after hearing a daily commercial on my morning work commute. I had been having some dental issues for a while and kept putting off going to a dentist. And soon, it became an emergent situation and I had never been to a dentist before. They answered on the first call and were extremely patient, courteous, warm and professional. I have worked in health care for 22 years and know how important patient experiences and perceptions are related to their health and healing. Exceptional dentistry surpassed my expectations! I had no experience with being a dental patient and they made me feel like I was an important priority and that all my concerns were important. They LISTENED to me, and took their time. They were very engaging and there was no feeling of being rushed or herded through a sterile cold processing mill. They were cheerful, and made me feel like they were happy to be doing what they were doing. They explained with enthusiasm and knowledge of every step they were doing to keep me adequately informed and comfortable, while asking and allowing me to express any thoughts or concerns back. Scenic route of saying excellent communication ! Again, this made this internally stressed and in PAIN patient, feel appreciated and instilled confidence that those I was allowing to care for me were without a doubt competent and capable. My apologies for not remembering all staff names, but Dr. Rodriguez, and them are my number one. Great bedside!!!!!! And prowess at what you do!!! To reiterate, it’s not just procedural skill that matters(Again, EXCEPTIONAL though), but it’s the interpersonal actions between PEOPLE that have a great impact on building trust, reputation and return utilization. They made me feel like a human being worth helping. I am absolutely, unequivocally a champion for exceptional dentistry and will be, not only a new member of the family, but will spread the word of recommendation.
