Gentle Dental Care

I've been going to Gentle Dental for my entire college career and now that it's about to come to a close I'm actually disappointed that I have to find a new dentist. The Webb family runs a top notch business, from minimal wait times to quality of care. Their entire staff is basically a family, they all get along and it shows in their team chemistry and level of care. I got my wisdom teeth removed on two separate occasions, with the first two resulting in ZERO swelling and no pain and I just had the last two pulled with zero swelling so far. Dental care is expensive anywhere you go, but if you want to be treated with respect, be in and out of the office quicker than expected, and have quality work done I can't think of a better place than Gentle Dental.

I had an immediate need for a infected tooth extraction. Calling after Christmas, most dental offices were closed until after the New Year. I called Gentle Dental, explained my situation, and they were very helpful by working me in to their already heavy schedule. From the moment I called to walking out of the office after a successful procedure, I was treated with friendly consideration---A almost "UNHEARD" of quality with health "businesses". Dr. Webb not only told me of my dental needs but also SHOWED me the before and after results. He educated me about my dental issues, walked me step by step throughout the procedure as to what to expect and what he was doing, and explained to me what to expect during my recovery from the tooth extraction. I am so IMPRESSED of HOW this doctor and staff had well taken care of me! I highly recommend this Dentist and will return to Gentle Dental for all my dental needs!

Dr. Webb at Gentle Dental is an absolute gem. I have periodontitis, which started as gingivitis as a kid when I didn't take care of my teeth. I continued to fail to care for my teeth and gums and now have a permanent condition; periodontitis. In my adult years my teeth have shifted, and I have extreme pain at least once a year from my teeth.

I finally got a job with good dental insurance and chose Gentle Dental due to the name, honestly. In the past I hated dentists and had the worst experience with pain and I didn't feel respected by the dentists or their assistants. But at GENTLE DENTAL, I feel respected and cared for!

My teeth have undergone special cleanings multiple times this year, and for the first time recently, I underwent a cleaning without pain. Gentle Dental truly is gentle! Every dentist and assistant I spoke to was very sweet, and they gave me hope for my awful teeth that I haven't had in years. I recommend Gentle dental to anyone, but especially those with periodontitis.

After struggling to find a dentist I felt actually heard my concerns with certain treatments, I am thrilled to be seeing both Drs Webb at Gentle Dental Care. They truly listen, understand, and most importantly actually CARE! They spend the time necessary to understand your needs and provide the right course of action. That compassion spreads throughout the building with a top notch staff. Finally prices are reasonable and you never feel "sold".

The entire staff here are wonderful! I have had a lot of dental work done here over the last few months and I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr Patti and her daughter Amber have done an awesome job on my teeth and I am repeatedly getting comments on how great they look! I have never met more caring and compassionate people in my life and will continue to come here for all of my dental needs in the future. Thank you so much to all the staff at Gentle Dental!! The professionals at Gentle Dental are beyond amazing. Several of my family members, including myself, have been to them for various reasons. We each left feeling very thankful for the care we received. They were even willing to come in for me after hours during a dental emergency and again, made time for my grandson during an emergency when his pediatric dentist office did not return phone calls. This is a reflection of their genuine compassion and dedication to their profession. I highly recommend Gentle Dental.

I have always disliked going to the dentist. I get extremely nervous so I haven’t been in many years BUT I started going to Dr. Jordan. I have never felt more comfortable in the dentist chair! The staff are professional & very nice! My teeth feel amazing after every cleaning! They also give you a little goody bag to take home with what you need. I just started getting fillings & I am so happy with the outcome. My mouth feels cleaner than it ever has! They know what they are doing! I highly recommend!

This was the best dental office that I have ever been to and it has taken me years to find somewhere I feel comfortable. The staff was so accommodating to me and Dr. Jordan is by far the best dentist that I have ever had. He took every step to make sure that I was comfortable and didn't try to have me pay for more expensive services than exactly what was needed. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give this place a shot. I am grateful for the entire staff and thank you so much!

I’ve been going to Gentle Dental for about 15 years. I used to be petrified about going to any dentist and require anxiety medication to even step foot in the door, but since seeing the Drs. Webb, I only needed it my first few visits! They made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job educating me about any procedure, which greatly reduced my anxiety.

I’ve had fillings, crowns, an extraction, routine and deep cleanings and they’ve always made the experiences as easy as they can. From starting a warm greeting from Ms Barbara in the office when you walk in through your time in the chair with the kind and gentle assistants, hygienists, and, of course, Dr. Webb, you are truly cared for like you’re family.

I’ve referred countless friends and even my own customers and employees to them and everyone of them raves about their experience as well. Gentle Dental is exactly the type of locally owned and operated, family business I try to support in our community.

I absolutely love this dentist office. Everyone is so friendly and genuine! I met both dentists while I was there for my first visit. They both seemed very knowledgeable, and didn’t try to sell me special items for my teeth, or want to fill cavities that I really did not have ( I have been to dentist offices that have tried this) Christine preformed my cleaning and did an amazing job. They definitely reflect their name...Gentle Dental.
