I went here due to a voucher I bought on living social. Thus far, I am a fan--I thought the staff was very friendly and personable. The hygienist was one of the best that I have had in a long time--she actually took the time to explain the structure of my teeth, any indentations or marks that I had, and what they could turn into in the future. Dr. Patti Webb was wonderful as well. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
The only reason I am giving this four stars is because I had to wait quite a bit before my appointment started, but that was all.

Its Always a comforting experience and a pleasure to come to Gentle Dental for my bi-annual cleanings. The entire staff from the front desk to seeing Dr. Webb after my cleaning is great experience! The staff is helpful and I never have to wait a long time to be seen.
Its a family run business that has been around for many years.
My whole family goes to Gental Dental ! Highly Recommended :)

I am so happy i found this dental office i had a emergency my tooth broke on a saturday horrible day to have any dental issues. This dental office was the only one who took my call and he opened up just for me ON A SUNDAY they pulled my tooth he was great i have bad anxiety and he walked me through all of it. Talking to me the entire time keeping me calm. It was fast and painless they were so professional and personable. This will now be my new dental care provider i am so thankful for them. I would recommend them too anyone.

For 14 years my entire family went to Tioga Dental. It NEVER felt right! Then, when I read an article that TD was owned by an equity company, I knew it was not a good thing. Equity companies need to hit return requirements. How do they do that? By doing work that is not needed!
When I met Dr. Jordan, I instantly knew that he would not try to perform any dental work that was not needed. My wife felt "home" when she first visited Dr. Webb as well. Needless to say....we have found our forever dental home. Thanks Gentle Dental Care!

I received a thorough cleaning yesterday despite covid 19 restrictions. The hygienist gave me great recommendations for daily hygiene that no one had given me before. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was willing to spend time explaining things. I have visited many dentists in my life and this office was outstanding!

I do not write many reviews, but I enjoyed my first visit so much that I wanted to share it and also recommend this practice.
Everyone I encountered at Gentle Dental Care was attentive to my needs and charismatic to me. The environment was comfortable and clean; and my procedures felt well-done and satisfying.
From what I gathered prior to arranging my visit, the price for my procedures was also lower than what it would have been at other practices in the area. My final price also matched what I expected it to be given what I had gathered before making an appointment.
I am sincerely thankful that I went with my gut and came to this practice. I wouldn't hesitate to come here for any future dental needs. Thank you all for such a great first visit!!!!

I was visiting some friends in town and one of my back teeth really began to hurt. I was lucky that Dr. Webb could fit me into his schedule that very day. He was very professional and explained all the options I had. He made the procedure virtually painless and took care of my problem. I wish I didn't live so far away or I would become a permanent patient at Gentle Dental!

Dr. Jordan is the best dentist I have ever been to. His entire staff is thorough, friendly and professional. Ms. Barbara at the front desk is always so nice to talk to and any time I need to make a change to my appointment, they are very accommodating. Dr. Jordan has even come in after hours and on weekends if I have needed him. I highly recommend this office!

Best experience I've EVER had at the dentist! Your employees are kind, attentive, and super transparent. The most comfortable experience throughout the entire appointment--x-rays, examination, and teeth cleaning. I'm incredibly impressed!
