All the work we had done here and the staff have been great, but it's maddening trying to get an appointment set when playing voicemail tag with their corporate office (I'm night shift so I use voicemail alot). I was told to just go in cause I was in pain (very mild) and funny thing, that cost extra. She just blew me off.

Dr. Bennett is the first dentist that I have actually liked. When it comes to people who have bad teeth he is very kind and compassionate and he doesn't look down on you. The office staff is great too.

I was a walk in who has never been to this dentist before and I was in severe pain but the front desk, assistants and doctors treated me like I’ve been coming there for years. The people at the front desk were professional and polite, the assistants were able to answer all my questions and Dr. Yeung is awesome. I actually look forward to coming back to this dentist believe it or not. They earned my business today and I wanna thank everyone who helped me! See you guys in August.

The doctors and hygienists are wonderful, but the front office staff is inefficient and borderline incompetent! Several times, we have scheduled appointments, taken our children out of school, and check in at the front desk only to find that there has been "a scheduling error" and rescheduling is necessary. Often times, they blame "the call center" for mistakes. This is why we began keeping track of the people with whom we dealt and made appointments in the office, face to face, to attempt to avoid these issues. Nothing changed. This has become such an issue that we are finding another option.

My experience with Greenberg, in general, has been good. My experience with one of their oral surgeons, Dr. Jason Lee, has been OUTSTANDING!! He is an excellent doctor. The front desk staff and everyone I’ve encountered at the Mandarin Office has always been friendly to me, while maintaining their professionalism. Give Greenberg a chance and decide for yourself.
