Always friendly and helpful. I see Dr. Bennett. He is an excellent dentist. The only reason that I didn’t leave 5 stars is because I always have to wait 30 minutes to an hour in the waiting room.

Office staff is ridiculous. I was told my Obama plan wouldn't cover my child's braces. I fought them to send the claim as my insurance company said they would pay. Well they did pay and the staff was wrong. I wonder how many others they conned into paying payments because supposedly their Obama plan didn't pay without even trying by sending a claim in. Don't trust what they say and investigate yourself. Dr. Long is awesome! A shame he has a staff that doesn't do their job.

I want to say thank you to the whole orthodontist team, I had such a great experience and very pleased with how my teeth came out. Every visit there was fun and Amanda made every visit very enjoyable, she was very professional and took very great care of me every visit. If anyone is going to have ortho work, I highly recommend Amanda at Greenburg-Dental.

Apparently the pediatric dentist decided to stop going to this office. I scheduled an appointment over 2 months ago, and did not receive a call, text, email, or voice-mail from them informing me of this. However I did receive a text yesterday reminding me of my kids appointments today, and a text today asking me to leave a review. So they have my number, just couldn't inform me at any point over the last 2 months that they were canceling my kids appointments.

They get 1 star because it is the minimum possible, but they hardly deserve it! They are a mess with schedule!! It is like people has no life... They overbook for the day and if you are not one of the first ones, you will eventually wait longer and longer because they fall behind, always! But be happy if they take you... On my last visit, they made me pull a child from school just to get there and hear the pediatrician saying she was too old to be seeing by a pediatrician!! So frustrating!! But lets be fair, you get what you pay for!!!
