Excellent people and quality dentistry. The doctors and assistants bend over backward to make sure you are at ease and understand what to expect from the procedures and afterward. They juggle appointments to fit your schedule. Great office.

Dr. Bennett and hygienist, Brandy Starling, are the absolute BEST!! I’m 52 and have NEVER had dental work done without gas until now. I never feel a THING!! He’s considerate, caring, professional and goes out of his way to make me feel at ease. Brandy is a beautiful extension of him in that they work together extremely well and have actually gotten me to the point of looking forward to seeing them the future. Can never thank them enough for taking such great care of me. ❤️

Every time I go to Greenberg Dental at Bartram Park, I leave incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. The level of customer service is extremely poor. What upsets me most about their customer service is that they don't acknowledge their patients. Patients are simply treated as another number to the staff. It's like an assembly line. They overbook appointments and make patients wait at least 45 - 60 minutes in the lobby before they are even called back into an exam room. My most recent visit there has been the worst experience yet. They are so short-staffed that when I called to make an appointment I had to leave a message with an answering service and did not even get a return call until two days later. I arrived for my appointment early yet still had to wait an hour to be seen. The dentist as well as the dental assistant that called me back into a room were impersonal, unfriendly, and acted as if they were in too much of a hurry to give me the time of day. I came in for a chipped lower front tooth and it wasn't until after the dentist had put the filling on my tooth that he informed me he didn't make the tooth the same length as the others. He just filled in the chipped part. He didn't even bother to ask me if that was okay (which, by the way, it was not). Now my front lower teeth are noticeably uneven. I don't appreciate that they didn't keep me informed during any part of the procedure. People kept bustling in and out of the room without explaining anything, let alone even acknowledge my presence. This is not how a successful business should run. The only reason that I went there the few times that I did is because Greenberg is covered by my insurance but they are so terrible that I would actually pay to go somewhere else. At least I would be treated with respect and get quality service.

Excellent dentist and staff! I’ve been with Dr. Bennett for many years and he is by far the best dentist in the Mandarin/Julington Creek /Bartram Park area. Honest, kind, no nonsense kind of doctor who explains what is needed and why and tells you if you can wait and watch as opposed to telling you everything is needed immediately. I switched dentists every year for about 5 years until I found Dr. Bennet. Now my whole family has switched over. If you want an honest, trustworthy dentist, see Dr. Bennett.

Went here for my regular cleaning as I do every time. Everyone that I seen helped in my cleaning and gave me the run down on what I should be doing next to take better care of my teeth. My dentist is awesome and very helpful. I recommend Greenberg dental for anybody who wants to have better teeth and a better smile! Thanks again!

The manager of this office does not know what customer service is. The dentist messed up my baby's tooth then I had to pay for it to be redone. Not even a sorry from the dentist herself NOR the manager for the INCONVENIENCE caused by them. I mean not even sympathy for the entire mess they've caused, nothing.They have an *I don't care* attitude. You can HARDLY EVER get them on the phone. They have an answering service who says they will forward your message and the office will call you back but NEVER call you back. I mean I just can't believe how They operate. They say they offer payment plans however what they don't tell you is they don't offer payment plans if the balance of the services is less than $500.. Please don't waste your money on this place. Please take the extra time and do more research on somewhere else. Truly disappointed in this place, all Greenberg Dental offices.

I have been a patient with this company for over 12 years and this is the second office I have been associated with. I have to say I have always been pleased with the services and the dentist. The staff changes during my most recent visit seem to have declined in the customer service department. I know the challenge we are in during the pandemic is frustrating and different, it is my hope things will at some point return to the high standards and level of gratitude they normally offer.

I’ve been coming here for years. Dr. Long is by far the best orthodontist I’ve ever had, and there have been a few. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and is always willing to answer any questions. Jody and Amanda are the absolute best assistants, both are amazing at what they do and always have positive attitudes, which make for a comfortable and friendly environment. Highly recommend!

Great staff. Great price. Dr Bennett is a professional and straight shooter. He has been our dentist for over 10 years and has kept our teeth healthy.
