I have complicated dentistry issues...an impacted adult tooth and a baby tooth that never fell out. Dr. Long has been so attentive and kind through my now 9 months of having adult braces. I trust him and know that I will get the result I’m hoping for under his care. Wendy is my favorite tech! She is the sweetest lady and always takes the time to make me feel comfortable.

I had an appointment for 8:00am, to which I arrived at 7:50am. I was sat in the lobby until 8:20am to be taken to an exam room and I sat there for quite a while. After the 10 minute exam, I was directed to go back to the lobby and wait. I was finally called back to get my teeth cleaned, which was the reason for the appointment. When all was said and done I left there at approximately 9:30am.
Very disappointed that my time was taken for granted, like there are no other dentist that accept my insurance.

This office is the most inefficient and total lock of patient services. They cannot keep up thier appointment.
I went in there last year and had a bad experience and since then stopped going there.

Since then I went to the Greenberg at baymedows. The doctor at baymedows does not do unnecessary providers and try to rob you off.
I went in again to their office to give them a second chance and they haven't changed a bit.
Surprised how they continue to operate after 52 reviews and 1.9* reviews.and most of the reviews are on the front office staff.

Does the doctor in here read these reviews at all and encourage their staff to continue their behaviour. Unless the entire staff is changed , this office wouldn't get my business or any of my friends and families.

While I was at the office, I saw them hangup rude to a patient and after cussing them in front of other patients.

They try to make extra money out of you at the slightest chances inspire of their bad attitudes to the patients.

The only reason I went in there was it was close but realised that closeness shouldn't be a factor in choosing them but good attitude, service and care for the patients.

They talk rude and their attitude is such that they don't care about you and why are here . Why don't you go some place.

They don't apologize for thier mistake and immediately turn it to your mistake. Do they know how to treat patients.

I wish I could give them zero.

Provided my insurance information well in advance of my appointment. I was already in the chair just completed x-rays when the billing clerk came back and told me there was an issue with my insurance. It seems that they understood that the claim would be processed first against my medical insurance and then against my dental insurance. I contacted my insurance company and they told me the claim was a dental claim with dental codes, just processed by my medical insurance company. I had the insurance company conference call to help them understand. Now they won't return my calls to be rescheduled. Not any way to run a business. I won't be going back.

Totally terrible! Waited almost an hour with poor communication. My son is four and very nervous about any procedures. He deals with stress through crying. Tara and the front office staff were totally ignorant and instead of asking how to deal with him told his parents that they were stopping his experience because he was scaring the other children. You do not know how to handle my child. Tara interrupted my child’s exam because she was afraid he was going to throw up. As the person who knows him best that was not going to occur. If you want to quote what the literature says about pediatric dentistry, please also look at what it says about explaining what to expect to the child, what the environment should look like and the use of practicing on stuffed animals to reduce anxiety.

Additionally, before you tell us how to parent, maybe you should assess how you run the front office Tara. I waited for over an hour and watched people walk out and leave due to the wait and poor communication. When we asked why children who arrived 30 minutes after us went before us I was asked “are you talking about another child went ahead of yours?” by a woman who was talking with a client on the phone. What was she implying? Finally, we could hear what you and your front office crew were saying Tara. Did you address that unprofessionalism?

Consider this free advice from a paid consultant who specializes in Patient Experience in tertiary level facilities and is a long time pediatric nurse as a gratuity in good faith to help the poor souls who try out your care in the future! We will NEVER be back there.

Extraction was quick and as easy as can be for getting a tooth pulled. Dr Lee got the job done with no collateral damage. All my questions were answered by the staff before the procedure . What more can you ask for when you pay to have someone rip a bone out of your head ?

I had a filling fall out of a tooth and was concerned about it. The Bartram office of Greenberg is wonderful . I called and they fit me right in. And dr. Bennett took care of it with no pain whatsoever. Not even the numbing shot! He did a great job! They make going to the dentist stress free!
