10:15 appointment time seen at 11:43. A patient with an appointment after me got seen before me because she had a fit about being seen late because she had other obligations. I know the time was after me because she said it and she was seen before me without anyone checking in to see if it was ok with me as if I also don’t have obligations. She was worried about picking up her kid and as far as I’m concerned she shouldn’t have taken an appointment so close to that time. I on the other hand made my appointment for three hours before my infusion that’s five minutes down the road and now I’m worried about making it on time because I was seen and hour and a half late, put on a back burner to have a 15-20 conversation about how they’d take good X-rays so see what’s going on so the surgeon can decide what to do. Best part is I got the text for a review on my visit as I was still sitting in a chair waiting for it to actually start. I am in fact still here as I write the review. Ridiculous.

I have mixed emotions about my experience here. At first the front desk staff were a bit rude. Not only how they spoke to me but how I observed them speaking to others. The Doctor and hygienist were nice enough. The overall office was a little run down and depressing. My cleaning was good but not really excited about going back

I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment with no apology for the wait. The person who took me back seemed annoyed that I didn’t have the correct records. This was my first visit. I didn’t stay. Still looking for a good dentist

Dr. Bennet is one of the nicest, most gentle, honest, caring dentists you will ever meet. He always has your interest at heart in every decision he makes. He is extremely careful not to cause you any pain whatsoever. You will not be disappointed. Bartram Park is blessed to have such a professional in our neighborhood. His dental assistant Patti is also very caring and very sweet. Cortney is the dental hygenist that will put you at ease with her big heart and great sense of humor. If you agree then bring them pizza. They love real Brooklyn Pizza.

Unprofessionalism of the front desk orthodontics staff is at an all time high. I have never seen a business continually put their livelihood in the hands of those who have zero customer service etiquette and obviously no training either. I also believe the business of handling contracts should not be handled by the staff. All of my paperwork and emails scream SCAM as far as costs. I plan to follow up with corporate on all of my concerns just as an FYI because my money and time are gone, but I will take my kids elsewhere for Ortho treatment. While I was very unhappy with the duration of my treatment, the final bullying act of refusing to remove my braces at my scheduled 7 a.m removal appointment without overpayment from me because the office records weren't correct to the subsequent 'I'm just the Dr. from Dr. Long, I was satisfied enough with the outcome of my teeth. However, as you can see by the nature of this review, that my teeth could be perfect, but the experience will always be at the forefront. People always remember how you make them feel, especially when your business practices and staff are questionable .

My Experience at this location were amazing the staff was helpful and friendly and Dr. Young really showed compassion and kindness towards the issue that was going on with my teeth… I would definitely recommend this location to my Family & Friends
