The problem is not the dental services, but is with the front desk. I don't know if it's because the answering is set up to pick up too quickly, it is very hard reaching one of the medical assistants. We called so many times to schedule an appointment without any success to the point that my husband had to physically go there to make them.
Furthermore we even tried online, never got a reply back.

My family and I have been going to Greenberg dental for approximately four years and I have to say we are all very satisfied. They are pleasant, knowledgeable and good at keeping appointments. The only issue that we have with the office is that they do not schedule your next six month appointment when checking out. You have to call back three to four months before you want to come back in. The problem with that is if you forget you will never have an appointment in time for your six month. Unfortunately it has happened to is a couple of times.

I had a tooth crack & Dr. Bennett made sure I was able to be fit into his schedule quickly. He is always so careful - the most gentle dentist I’ve ever had. The hygienist are very pleasant as well. I highly recommend this office.

This dentist office is very professional, very polite and respectful. I have had the greatest experience with the doctors and staff. I had 3 crowns and an implant. The whole time there they bend over backwards to make sure you’re comfortable.

They could maybe use an extra lead vest for x-rays instead of going back and forth hunting one down, but overall highly recommended!

Great experience at Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics. Just had my braces removed after more than 24 months. My teeth look good and they are straight. Dr. Long and his staff are awesome! Always friendly and genuinely care about my teeth.

They were also extremely understanding of my situation and did everything they could to help me get the care I needed. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!
