Dr Bennett is the best dentist, before going there I did not like going to dentists ! He explains everything before hand and makes you feel comfortable throughout the treatment, and is very easy to talk to !!! Brandy, Dr Bennett’s assistant is also the best my family has ever experienced! She takes her time and is very detail oriented! The care and detail my family receives from Dr Bennett and DA Brandy is greatly appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed ! If you go there ask for them, you won’t be disappointed at all trust me.

I've always been very afraid of the Dentist and they went out of their way to make me calm and comfortable. I was able to have 5 teeth pulled under anesthesia the same day of my appointment due to a no show appointment. My recovery has been much faster than I expected and am now willing to go back for further dental care.

Well first of all, I do not love the dentist, but everyone in this office is so nice to me when I arrive.

I have not been to the dentist in so long, that i needed a lot of work done to get my teeth up to par. They are really close to where i live, so i figured i would give them a shot.

The front staff is great, and they seem to know me when i walk in and are really helpful and considerate. You have to look up the hours, to make sure you get a live person to talk to, but that is easy enough when scheduling an appointment. Doesn't take to much to Google it. I know the office hours aren't normal, but what is normal now-a-days.

The dentists and assistants are so great with me. They know i like to laugh all the time, so pretty much even during the work they are doing, someone might crack a joke to keep the mood upbeat. I haven't been the easiest of patients, and I'm pretty sure they know that.

I could honestly say that 10 years ago I wouldn't be giving a star to any dentist i worked with, but for this office, I would recommend and give 5 stars....Not because i love it, but they make me want to keep going back.

Normally the service there is decent, but my last appointment was a mess. I scheduled months in advance for a cleaning. The day before I got a confirmation call telling me it was for x-rays only and that i have to schedule a cleaning separately. On the day of the appointment, on my way there ten minutes before my time, they called to schedule a cleaning during my work hours, which I could not do. So I kept with just the x-rays. After the x-rays, when I'm in the chair, the hygienist comes to get me for a cleaning. So in fifteen minutes time from them calling me and getting the x-rays done apparently there was a miraculous cancellation. However, the hygienist informed me that this miscommunication happens quite often.
I just want to be prepared on how long I will approximately be there and if I make an appointment for a cleaning, I don't want to find out the day before that it's not going to happen. Guess I should be grateful I got the cleaning the same day, just frustrated with the confusion.

Dr Bennet was absolutely amazing, kind and gentle with my daughter. From the moment we met him, he made sure to tell us every step of what he was doing and was opened to answer any and all of our questions. His assistant Valentina was super efficient as well and very kind to my daughter, she answered all of our questions and showed us each step of what Dr. Bennet would be doing. Definitely will be referring people here!

Dr Bennett is very gentle! He always apologize for the pain and I never feel a thing. That’s the kind of dentist you want. The office staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The payment/ treatment plans are reasonable.

Incredibly kind and respectful staff! Very informative and caring with wisdom tooth surgery. Dr. Lee is very skilled at what he does! Val was such an incredible assistant :) She made sure we were all very comfortable the whole time. Thank you!

Came for a consultation appointment. They called me into a room where I sat for over 30 mins without anyone Coming in. So I got up and left. Place is very poorly taken care of. I definitely would not recommend it

Dr. Bennett was really friendly and his staff was very helpful. I have anxiety when I go to the dentist but they helped me by taking me step-by-step through my procedure, as well as going slow and working with me. I will definitely come back again.

I cant believe I have to review this company on my last few visits and rate as Florida's largest but unfortunately the lowest dental network for most inconvenient and the furthest from patient centered values I can possibly imagine. They do NOT hold patients to the highest standards for dental care. You are considered only an account # with billing details. The grace period policy states if you are later than 15 minutes you will need to reschedule along with payment however if you arrive on time and must wait 20 minutes -1 hour after your appointed time, you're just expected to wait and get over it. Well I am personally getting tired of doing business with companies like Greenberg who doesn't value time, lacks courtesy, communication and flexibility. Even during the summer months which seems like their most busiest time they are NOT flexible with being seen from location to location even if there is a more convenient time to be seen. Save your time and frustration and consult with other private orthodontists and general dentistry. You will super happy you did. Now I have to search for another orthodontist to de-band and remove the equipment I had installed. The account I have with Greenberg will not reach a zero balance at my behalf and the money I have left to pay off their services will now be forwarded to another company who will value not only my personal time, but my attentiveness to the preferences I have regarding my oral hygiene and upkeep. I wont be affiliating myself and will gladly deter anyone I know personally, professionally and during general conversation with strangers not to choose any office under the Greenberg practice for their oral hygiene and orthodontist services.
