Today's Dentistry of Jacksonville

I had a very pleasant experience today. Doctor Clark and his staff are so knowledgeable and caring. I was prepped for crowns and had a little anxiety going in. Once he entered the room and explained what to expect, the procedure was actually calming and painless. I am wearing my temporary crowns and, if these are just temporary, I am super excited to see what the end result will be.

My daughters (18 &16) hate going to the dentist. They always told me they felt the dentist was judging them and made them feel bad. They time we left the dentist we came out with this huge treatment plan for each of them. We had to change dentists due to insurance changes and this office was closed to home and covered.

Both of my daughters told me they felt completely comfortable and comforted by the staff. There was no crazy treatment plan and in fact there were no cavities that the previous office was trying to get us to fill. Really happy we found this office.

I love this office. The staff is very professional and they care about their clients. Normally, people dread going to the dentist but I enjoy going to Today’s Dentistry (Southside Location) because Dr.Clark and his staff always make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Today’s Dentistry.

Don't really interact with the patients very well!

I always have a great experience at this office. Dr. Clark and Dr. Polite are both awesome! The entire staff is always friendly and professional. The office is always clean.

My family and I have been a patient since 2013, And I've referred MANY clients to this office and some had good and bad outcomes over the years. I stayed faithful as a patient, I've seen many come and go but Today's experience has been the worst for me
With an exception of the 2 LADIES in the front working the desk. I dealt with a Hygienist named Joy in the past that was Awesome over the many years I was a patient, who has been WONDERFUL, patience and always so welcoming. I believe she is the reason I stayed as long as I did. After her departure there hasn't been anyone else that could fill her shoes. She made my family visit to the Dentist the Best experience. But all good thing has come to an end and the Hygienist who I encountered today was horrible. Tonya from the original office on North side lied to me about not having tools to help me assist my children with removing ligature so they could get the most out of the cleaning. Due to it being spring breaK, our Orthodontist office was closed. This office has always assisted me in the past but today this visit was the most difficult. Especially when both Doctors in the office has credentials in Orthodontics. As a faithful patient the experience made me very uncomfortable to continue give my hard earned Money to a practice who knows they have clients that has Orthodontic work and is not being flexible in assisting with removing ligature for a cleaning. I wasn't asking for them to REPLACE the items and every professionally trained assistant is capable of removing them. I believe this experience could have been better if the Hygienist from the other office would have been more understanding and didn't make it a significant situation. She also act as if her harmonic scaler was malfunctioning and did not give me the best cleaning experience. I felt that she rushed my cleaning and retaliated by refusing to figure out how she could troubleshoot what the problem was when she stated that she didn't have time to fixed the problem. At this point it was pointless for me to stress to Doctor my concerns and she wasn't interested in finding a common ground to reconciling the relationship. I never thought that something so small would destroy the business between patient's. I pray that this is a learning experience for the future because in no way was I trying to jeopardize or take advantage of anyone licensing. Being able to be flexible and assist with a minor task when your office is qualified in the field should never be to much to retain a customer that has been loyal and never difficult. I know sometimes it's seems so easy to reschedule a patient because it's so easy to refuse to remove items but is it that easy to lose a loyal patient.

I was very pleased with my experience at Today’s Dentistry. The front counter staff, Ivy the hygienist and Dr. Clark were all extremely professional and helpful. They discussed my treatment plan in great detail and I did not feel rushed or have a detailed bill thrust in my face as if that was the only thing that mattered. Yes, I know dental work must be paid for but I appreciated being spoken to in detail about the real reason that I came - to maintain my oral health. And, in the past I have had dentists whose first course of action is to refer you out to someone else which results in greater cost and more time scheduling multiple appointments. To top it off, my resulting bill did not cause me to have a mini stroke wondering how I would afford the care I need. I definitely recommend Today’s Dentistry!

Dr. Benny and crew are the best very personable and fun. I just finished my invisaligns and now I have a beautiful smile. They work with your schedule and all. Thanks Dr. Benny continue with the great work.

I love this place. Outstanding service for years. Gets better all the time. That saying applys to Today’s Dentistry. Doctor Clark and his staff continuously amaze me with the high quality of service I've received and the professional conduct I've observe during each visit. I have been a patient for over ten years (so that has been a lot of visits (LOL)). I am a very satisfied patient.
Here are a few examples of why I love this place. First, the Office Manager, Ms. Tiffany is pleasant to talk with and her knowledge will impress you. Second, my Dentist Hygienist, Ms. Joy, is gentle and very thorough but what I like best is that the first thing she does is ask “How are you?” and takes the time to listen and provides feedback when necessary. For example, recently she educated me on the importance of getting a yearly Oral Cancer Screening. Finally, the man himself, Doctor Benny Clark, he has treated me like a family member since the first time I met him. By the way, Mrs. Clark is an excellent Dentist also. At Today’s Dentistry you have two outstanding professionals working for and with you. As you can tell from this review, I am a big fan therefore, I highly recommend them and believe that after your visit you will understand why I love this place and you will become a fan also. Try them, you’ll like them.

Modern technology with an “at home” atmosphere. Service is always prompt, and all staff members greet you with a smile on each and every visit. Most importantly, they do great work.
