Today's Dentistry of Jacksonville

I had a wonderful experience with Today’s Dentistry! My night guard broke and I’m a severe clencher. As a military spouse, I was interested in finding a dentist who takes our insurance, so I asked a friend who she goes to. She recommended this office and I’m so glad she did! The doctor whent above and beyond to make me the same kind of appliance that I had before even though it was not one that they normally use. Within a week I had my new night guard and he even made me a spare! Last night was my first night wearing it and I woke up feeling great!

When I first moved to Jacksonville, I had no idea where to go to the dentist. The first two places I tried were terrible! Luckily, a friend recommended Dr. Bennie at Today's Dentistry, and thank goodness I found this place! Every single person in the office is professional and friendly. I have had a great experience working with them, and I would recommend that anyone looking for a great dentist head in their direction.

I have been a patient for many years and I am still impressed with the level of efficient and professional service I receive each visit. Helpful and very informative about my needs and concerns. Excellent experience.

Dr. Polite Clark is amazing, she will take care of you and explain everything being done. Her staff is very knowledgeable and nice. They work as one team to insure that you leave extremely satisfied.

I've been going to Today's Dentistry for most of the 6 years I've lived in Jacksonville based on a referral from a friend - and I have since referred several friends to them as well. The entire staff is very friendly and makes an effort to know you personally, and they have the most cutting-edge technology I've ever seen in a dentist's office. Dr. Clark even managed to replace some very challenging bad veneers done by another dentist and do an incredible job, when I thought I'd just have to live with a smile I was embarrassed about.

Being poked in the mouth with sharp objects is rarely something to look forward to, but somehow I never dread my visits here, no matter how serious the issue, they always manage to make it as comfortable, efficient, and friendly as possible.

Nothing beats a warm atmosphere. Flexible appointments that work around my work schedule. The staff is always warm and polite. Both dentists are wonderful at insuring every visit is pleasant.

She was extremely polite and answered all of my questions. Dr. Lorraine even came in to check-on me before I left. I couldn’t have asked for a better dental appointment.

It is with great pleasure that I write a review for Today’s Dentistry. I have been a patron of this dentist office for the past three years, and it is the only dentist office that I have come across in which everyone—from the employees to the patrons—are happy and smiling.
In terms of my expectations of customer service, they are very high. Today Dentistry exceeds my expectations and standards every time I go there. They make paying dentist bill that much easier because of their awesome personality. They have been very flexible with me from day one because of my work schedule. Tiffany always works with me to help me schedule an appointment that fits in my schedule as well as Today Dentistry’s schedule.
I can recall an instance in which I was in need of a root canal for one whole year. However, I kept having to push the appointment back because of my work schedule. Tiffany always patiently called me to schedule an appointment. Every time I would have to cancel an appointment, Tiffany would call me back again and work with me to find another day appointment day that fit my schedule. This process continued for a whole year. If it wasn’t for Tiffany’s cooperation, persistence in holding me accountable for my health, and time, I would probably still be in need of a root canal.
Every time, I would enter the dentist office for a visit, it went a little something like this:
Tiffany or Jennifer would greet me with a wonderful smile and ask how my day is going. Once I was checked in, I always sent to take a seat and relax while reading a magazine or watching T.V. Then, Julet or Karen begin to prep the area and make sure that everything is set to go. I really appreciate this step as it makes sure the room I’m entering in is clean and sanitized to perfection. Then, Dr. Clark then comes in (if it’s your first time of course he will introduce himself) shake your hand, and asks how you’ve been. The procedures are painless and Dr. Clark makes sure his work is executed to perfection. I have never been dissatisfied with my dental work. Once the procedure is over, Dr. Clark will provide me with instructions on how to take care of the work done or on how to take care of my teeth in general. Then, Tiffany or Jennifer will wish me a good day.
Today’s Dentistry is an amazing facility if you want premium dental work and amazing customer service. I highly recommended it to everyone!
