Today's Dentistry of Jacksonville

TBH I hate that Im having to write this. I really liked my Dentist, but I have to just come out and say the way this office is ran, from a managerial stand point, is just plain poor. This business had owed me $ for over 2 months. I had to contact them numerous times to get any sort of detail on what was happening.
Even worse Tiffany, a book keeper, has no communication skills whatsoever. Her lack of care shown through her lack of follow through says it all. When I finally recieved my refund for over pay, instead of saying I'm sorry for the delay, she comes around the corner to tell me "Now you can turn it up for 4th of July and turns around to go back to her seat. Really Tiffany? Thats what you have to say to me? I'm sorry, but that is not how you talk to a customer. It was insulting to say the least. If I wasn't already disgruntled over the lack of communication and not paying me what was owed to me in a timely manner (Was told 30 day wait... I waited 65 days!!!!) now you're going to get sarcastic with me? I don't think so. You, Tiffany, are the reason I will never spend another penny with this Dentistry. Sad it takes one bad seed to ruin a good thing, for me....
I have requested to speak with a manager several times, and not once has ANYONE reached out to me. I get a email, this morning from Tiffany, telling me there is no office manager. Oh... How conveniant. So... Here I am. And I plan to spread the word for others to take your money elsewhere. Apparantly once they have your $ they could care less about you. Just rediculous. All of this could've been so different with some proper customer care...

They are the best there everyone that works there is so great the cleaning lady Nell is the best would never go to any other place

Great experience! Staff was pleasant and courteous. Dr. Polite-Clark took excellent care of me and my son. Very thorough and informative.

I've been a patient at Today's Dentistry for about 10 years. The staff are pleasant and the dentist is just as pleasant and relatable. Whenever I need to come in, it's never a problem and I just love it there.

Still no response (Aug 15) - just like treatment. Maybe it is due to age or something else that I was refused treatment? Keeps getting worse with them - supposed to hear back regarding issues and nothing, been more than 8 weeks. Never finished treatment and was dismissed as did not matter to them. Do not go there. Horrible experience. And no response or follow up by either dentist or admin. No wonder they ask to pay first.
Glad I found another dentist that was professional and offered alternatives.

Dr Bennie Clark does excellent dental work. His patience and skill makes this a great choice for clients with dental anxiety.

Unlike any dentist office that I have ever been too, Today's Dentistry is very appealling to the eye once you walk in the front door. The staff is very professional and friendly. Even when you are there just for your routine cleaning, Dr. Clark always make sure to check out your teeth and x-rays before you leave. It has always been a pleasure being a patient, I've been a patient for at least 10 years now.

Joy is awesome! She has a very sweet spirit, gentle, understanding, no judge zone and she wants to make sure I come first. Keep her on board. She's an awesome worker! The same goes for Dr. B. Clark

Extremely professional as soon as I walked in the door. All updated and new equipment. Covid-19 protocols are excellent. I felt safe!!
