APPOINTMENT?....BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
I wouldn't be a rush for a Sunday appointment for dentist but my veneer fell off on Saturday night. I basically couldn't eat and drink as I feel like it's going to fall off anytime. I googled any dentist on Sunday in Miami area and this place pops up. I called at 9am and they offered me an appointment at 10am so I ubered there with my fiancé right away.
Get there at 10 sharp and saw a guy was waiting outside the door. We peeked inside and no one was there (not even a single staff at reception desk). We called the same number for appointment and ask if it's opened today. The customer service lady on phone is super nice and explained that she is trying to contact the manager. Then we just decided to wait until 10.30am and called again. She was still asking for appointment that she can fit me in today but told her I actually had an appointment at 10. However, no one is showing up to the office which supposed to be opened at 9am. She told me she really has no idea where they're since she is only assist scheduling appointment. Totally understand but this place....is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Rating this place its one star is too generous tbh.

If I could give zero stars I definitely want the service was terrible I waited over an hour for them to over quote me the front desk receptionist somehow thought she was a doctor giving me dental advice as to what I should and should not do I ask for a cleaning they said the doctor I recommended Cleaning which I did not have the finances to do so I then told him that I wanted the x-ray she then gave me an x-ray of two of my teeth on a piece of paper and throw it to me when I told her I wanted to complete x-ray she said oh that’s what you want and then printed it out on a piece of paper I asked her for an envelope and she said she didn’t have any which is definitely a HIPAA violation this is definitely going to be reported to the department of health worst ever dentist office that I have ever been to in my life I explain to them prior to coming that I have an issue with Anastasia that I would need to be the sedated She then offered me the option of laughing gas not acceptable I asked them for a filling in the front of my mouth and they tried to give me the most expensive option I just sent the x-rays over to my dentist an hour away and he has agreed to do the filling If you are not rich please do not go here oh yeah and they referred to me as a colored woman Whatever that was supposed to mean If you go through the comments here you will see that they overcharge you for the unnecessary procedures And then try to intimidate you and let you know that if you don’t pay for these procedures that your teeth will fall out don’t trust these people this dentist office is a sham and a way to steal peoples money do not go here please stay away

wonderful office with friendly people! they are very accommodating and make sure to help you come up with a plan you can afford. everyone is very attentive and helpful. they are always very nice over the phone too. Over all amazing experience to have

The office is nice but the people is not. You arrive here for a simple thing and they take you to the dentist's chair, after they make the minimum treatment and when you are already helpless and, with your mouth open and you can't escape then they tell you that you have to do thousands of unnecessary things that you dont need and are very expensive. These are not dentists, they are mercenaries of medicine. Don't think about going there or they will take away all the money they can. They will have no mercy with you.Run away from this place or you will end broke.
La oficina es muy bonita pero los trabajadores no lo sonLlegas aqui para una cosa simple y te llevan a la silla del dentista, luego que te hacen lo mìnimo y cuando ya estàs indefenso y, con la boca abierta y no te puedes escapar entonces te dicen que te tienes que hacer miles de cosas innecesarias y costosisimas. ests no son dentistas sino mercenarios de la medicina. No se les ocurra ir por allì o ellos les quitaràn todo el dinero que puedan. No tendràn piedad con ustedes hasta no sacarles todo el dinero posible.

Staffs were amazing. Although I forgot the name, doctor from Minnesota was super nice and professional. Ana hygienist was skilled and knows whats doing. I hate going to dentist but if you have to go, this is the one!

How terribly disappointing. The $59 cleaning and check up deal is a scam. They assured me under no uncertain terms when I scheduled the appt that I could get a cleaning without getting X-rays. After filling out all the forms they took me aside and said they were not willing. to do the cleaning without X-rays. There ought to be laws preventing businesses like this from taking advantage of people.

The best experience I’d ever had at the dentist!!!The staff is great and attentive.Very informative and made me feel like they genuinely care about my dental wellbeing. I would definitely recommend for everyone to visit this location.Did I mentioned pain free YES NO PAIN.Yasmine is absolutely great when it comes down to getting your teeth pearly white.Definately modern Dentistry at its best

Unable to receive proper treatment for infection is gums. Because I would not proceed with a recommendation due to financial hardships.

Was much easier then expected.

Love the customer service here. Very nice staff. Dr. Pham and Isaac made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
