Thatās true I came here for a wisdom tooth extraction and I was very impressed with how congenial everybody was and the professional staff and they were very understanding and very excessively priced.
So when I got back to Miami I went back to them for a check up.
They a couple of things but quickly nipped in the bud. Dr. Mauskar is an amazing dentist.
He replaced an inlay and that meant a dayem shot to sleep my mouth. He was gentle and I literally barely felt it. He also is a preventative doctor so he spotted some potential problem to avoid future disaster. Iām always afraid of the dentist.
I always ask for gentle hands because you know dentist trauma from childhood ā¦ But it was an amazing experience.
It does take a long time to get through the whole process but I was patient (maybe thatās why we are called that hmmm) but I hope the staff isnāt overworked.
I know dentists double book procedures and I always wonder if thatās a smart idea just to make more revenue.
I went in at 5:30 and left at nearly 8. The staff was way overtime. Tired for sure. It worries me when the medical field becomes over worked as thatās when quality goes down.
But the office staff is great and prices are accessible. They are my office oral care for two years now and I like it here.
Also a note they are literally the most diverse staff Iāve seen. They are the UN of dentistry. Awesome.

Do not get your wisdom teeth out by this doctor! They will treat you like cattle on a conveyor belt. I was put to sleep 7 mins after getting in the room, they didnāt talk to me or explain what they were doing and just started putting in IVs and breathing tubes. They didnāt ask if I had questions or what my after care would be like, or anything. I also asked if I could keep my teeth after the surgery and they lied and said it was illegal in the state of Florida. I told them I felt very scared while they were putting me to sleep because I saw them getting out tools to work on me and they ignored me and didnāt offer any comfort. I woke up in pain and tried to tell them it hurt and at first the doctor ignored me but after I started crying he injected me with so much local anesthetic that my whole mouth was numb until the following day. The whole procedure lasted less then 35 mins and I doubt they did a proper job in that short amount of time.
They will not treat you with respect or care. Dr Mohammad Okasha, Gaye, his assistant, and Malissa, the modern dental surgery staff should be fired. They showed no concern when I called to complain about my treatment and seemed annoyed that I even called or had questions.

This office was very clean and the staffing was very welcoming from beginning to end. Isaac was extremely helpful,nice and caring true out my visit ,Cristine was very detailed in explaining everything to me and Doctor Sagar was very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office.

Came in for a dental emergency and was helped with the most professional and top notch service I could ask for. Will definitely come back and highly recommend. Dr. Azer and the team are true professionals.
