Very friendly but very expensive. Took an hour just to quote a price for everything. From all the reviews, they recommend a deep cleaning but refused me when I just wanted a free cleaning. Saying I don't qualify for a free cleaning. Such an unfair business practice to try to make you pay over 300 for a deep cleaning. Just another way to force you into an up sale.

Everyone here is fantastic! I had to come two days back to back and both days the staff was incredible. Dr. Roig, his assistant Jose, Dr. Mauskar, and everyone else are extremely friendly. I have a lot of anxiety around the dentist and had a really positive experience here. 😊

Let me start by saying these wonderful people could teach a master class in consistent excellent patient experience. From start to finish every single one of the folks I interacted with were/are top notch.
Danerra (hope I spelled it right) answered my phone call full of enthusiasm and encouragement for a dental emergency I had and even as a brand new patient, she was able to help me make a same day appointment. When I walked in the office she even remembered every detail we had spoken about on the phone. Her kindness helped settle the anxiety I was feeling from the ordeal I was facing.
After being checked in with another kind soul and a brief wait in the lobby Nikia came to get me so she could set me up with all the various exams I needed and again I was overwhelmed by the kindness, caring and laughter that was shown to me.
When Dr. Gonzales came to see me he took his time, explained my options in great detail, answered every question I had and help me feel equipped with making the proper decisions for my circumstances.
Isadora stopped by to help me with my paperwork and again I was faced with that consistent kindness and caring that I incurred from the first time I called the office to walking in the door.
Last but not least, Isaac came to help wrap up some of the follow up items I needed after seeing Dr. Gonzales and what can I say…..Isaac was super knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful as he helped explain and reiterate answers to all of the new questions I had as he did his thing.
I am a patient of a completely different and unrelated dentist office but after today and the way every single person treated me….I plan on switching Miami Shores Modern Dentistry to being my primary dental service.

I am one who has what's called dentist anxiety. After visiting this dental office, I can't see myself going anyplace else. They cared for me as if I was the only client in the building. From the front desk to the surgeon Dr. Roig, professionals at every turn. Saying they are professional is an understatement. Great job guys.

I was very pleased with the services I received from Miami Shores Modern Dentistry. Everyone working there was a 5 star professional.
I had 2 root canals and 2 crowns built all in the same day. They do everything in house.
Although they are a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. There is nothing worse than trying to save a few dollars and end up with poor quality work. I have been to many dentists in my life and can honestly say they have been the most thorough.
I would highly recommend Miami Shores Modern Dentistry.

Terrible! They get you in with charm and then tell you that you need all this expensive work done. They can do everything there in one visit…. They will help you with payment plans…. However, you may not necessarily need all that work. They don’t explain anything. I thought they were going to clean my teeth first, but before I knew it, 3 people were working on my mouth at the same time and my front tooth was prepared for crown. It hurt. It hurt for days. Went back to get the permanent crown only because I paid over $1000 for it. It’s too big, too white and looks awful. They wanted to paint it to match my teeth. They still hadn’t cleaned my teeth at this point.
On the records it shows they recommend I need deep scaling and all kinds of expensive things. I went to see another reputable dentist who found chunks of cement in my gums causing my discomfort and stated that I am years away from needing any of the work they claim I need immediately. Stay Away from there. It’s all about the money not your dental health.
