Miami Shores Modern Dentistry

Not a fan of the the dentist, but if you have to go I would absolutely recommend Miami Shores Modern Dentistry.

Dr. Pham is awesome, so are the other Doctors, hygienists, and support staff. It’s a one stop shop. You come in for x-rays & cleaning. If anything shows up on the X-rays or exam, they can normally combine all procedures into the same day.

No more scheduling multiple appointments. If they can squeeze you in, they will try and make it happen that same day.

I came in for a cleaning (very thorough) and an x-ray revealed 3 cavities that were not visible on exam. Dr. Pham kept me in his office, cleaned out, and filled all 3 cavities in about an hour. I did not have to make a follow up appointment because they took care of it the same day as my cleaning.

Awesome concept! If I have to go to the dentist, please don’t schedule multiple appointments. Better to fix it up all in the same day.

Lastly, pricing is reasonable whether you have insurance or not. They even offer payment plans, so you can finally get that implant or new crown you need. Almost forgot to mention they can print out perfect crowns in about 20 minutes using a scanner and 3D printer.

Beyond impressed with the exceptional service at Modern Dentistry in Miami Shores! They went above and beyond to ensure my services were covered and got me into the office quickly.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Perez, who was happy to answer the millions of questions but I had. My concerns were important to her and made me feel empowered as a patient. She filled 4 cavities I had the same day in addition to my routine cleaning. Even when giving me the anesthesia, she made sure I was comfortable and even massaged my face making sure it was evenly spread.

The hygienists were wonderful as well....Gina went through every tooth measuring my gums and explained what the numbers meant. A few other ladies helped with my cleaning as well but didn't catch their names.

The front desk was great as well.. extremely helpful and patient.

Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly. The vibe is very pleasant and I highly recommend this dental office! Thank you for the wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back!!!

If I could put 10 ⭐️ I would. The doctor is a magician! I had a tooth extraction and mouth surgery. He managed to do it so easy and painless that I could not believe! After the surgery I didn’t need any pain killers or ice as he recommended, because I felt like NOTHING happened. I found him through google search, no referrals and feel extremely fortunate I found him. Front desk was great as well and office is beautiful. Strongly recommend. Absolutely the best!

The dental office is clean and modern but these people are scammers. Only about the profit they staff lie and say things are wrong with your teeth to upcharge your insurance or stiff you out of your money. I came in for a cleaning and they made up stories of broken teeth, deep cleaning, etc not knowing that I regularly go to my dentist in California and just needed a quick clean before leaving the country for Latin America. I called my dentist while in their office she gave them a shakedown. She also sent over X Rays that I did a few months prior that didn’t show any damage on the teeth and compared it to the ones I just did with them. The X-rays were Identical. She said to me over the speakerphone that I should report them. The two staff members a dental hygienist and the front desk lady were quiet. I’m writing this so you don’t make the same mistake. I’m reporting the office to the state licensing agency. Some dentists are unfortunately just like a mechanic you go in for one thing and they start saying all these things are wrong. However, this is not a car but your teeth. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Always try your best to get a 2nd opinion when doing dental work. Your body and mouth will thank you later. If you experienced the organizing scamming that the employees were doing to me before I called my dentist you would be appalled. The office STAFF isTRULY UNETHICAL.

The appointment that I had on yesterday was such a pleasant one! Everyone that I came into contact with at the office were very kind, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and professional!!! That is so rare to find when dealing with doctors; especially dentists!!! Dr. Jordan, Cristina, Issac and the other dental assistant are all angels!!! I recommend this office, HIGHLY!!!

Long story short I lost a bar fight and came out with two less teeth. I walked in without an appointment and immediately was attended to. I don’t have insurance and work a job where my appearance is important. More than that though missing teeth is definitely a downer on the confidence. However, I got a temporary bridge the same day and a repaired chip. On top of that the lady at the front desk (unfortunately I forgot her name rude of me) was extremely helpful, laid out all of my payment options and found a way that I could affordably finance my dental repair. Dr. Gonzalez and the doctor assisting him throughout the surgery were very clear with me on everything and made what could have been a scary experience very easy to go through. They explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to ensure my surgery and the aftercare treatments were easy for me to understand. All around one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist and I am just so happy that I was able to fix my teeth so quickly.
