They were able to see me that day as a new customer walk in. I went for a tooth ache and they took x-rays, pictures and CT imagining. seemed like overkill. Then the dentist said from my imagines that he couldnt see a problem and never looked at my tooth. I was solely offered gum cleaning. This place doesnt do dentistry, it does expensive gum cleaning. i needed to get my teeth cleaned but i was only able to get the service done that day when i agreed to the gum cleaning as well. I also am not sure if dental hygienist are supposed to be picking local anesthetics with epi in them and then administering them. Seems like a doctor should be doing this part of the procedure. So depending on what you need and are looking for, this place is quick to provide service. just felt more like a business selling specialized services than dental care and preventative care.

Excellent customer service all around. Everyone in the office is extremely kind and accommodating. I am grateful to have found this Dental Office! 10/10

I had a wonderful experience today in Miami Shores Modern Dentistry starting with the front desk receptionist Mrs Christina excellent from there I was introduced to Julie the Dentist assistant again this person was professional from there I went to Miss Melody the hygienist very very professional young lady did a great job in my mouth I was nervous in the beginning but she was real good And then I was introduced to Mrs kanishka patel DMD she was great I would recommend Miami Shores modern dentistry to all my friends and family I really appreciate the work they did in my mouth today thank God for Miami Shores Modern Dentistry I wish you guys the best and continue doing a good job an excellent job a fantastic job God bless you and thanks again mr. I am very generous giving this dental office 2 stars out of 5. The only reason I am doing so is the fact that they have access to a good root canal specialist (even though she is unfriendly and non-communicative, she did a good job cleaning my molar's canals). The Office Manager exhibits shady techniques over quoting for dental treatments and pushing for large sums of cash payments upfront- usually over what the insurance guidance is. She also keeps changing payment terms and demands cash every visit then the says "Oh, no. I did not say that. You did not understand what I meant." They rescheduled my appointment with the specialist two times. They miss communicated my cleaning and gum treatment procedure payment terms: clearly a different story over the phone compared to what she asked me to agree to when I got in the office. The same exact person, the Office Manager: no chance there was an internal miss communication in the office. Their front desk procedures have you sign what you agree upon without showing you the computer screen and, instead of explaining what they charge for, they use typical medical terminology that most of the patients cannot relate to. "The doctor said you had to do this and that." Period. The asian dentist that they have over the week-end is ok although his English is approximate- at times I had to make efforts to figure out what he wanted to say. The other young dentist that saw me (I think his name is Gonzalez) is just ok as well. You can tell he is relatively new to the job: while being pretty energetic and trying to be nice, he is doing just ok work. For example the crown that he put on my molar after my root canal is a little bulky and I still feel the cement at the bottom of it. He is not great with explanations either: could not explain why do I still need a root canal to a front tooth when the nerve is not affected. His anesthesia was fine. He is also one of those guys he wears a mohawk! :) Today I decided to transfer my records out of their office: overall they are totally under average for the money they want.

I had the pleasure of being treated at Miami Shores Modern dentistry today. Both Dr. Pham and Dr. Gonzalez as well as their gracious staff are not only extremely knowledgeable but very efficient. I was in and out in under and hour and received a porcelain filling. I was amazed by the technology! There was absolutely no pain. I was told to expect some mild sensitivity after the numbness wore off and I haven’t experienced any whatsoever. Im back to eating comfortably immediately. Thank you so much!

I had a wisdom tooth get infected a few months back. The first office I tried wasn’t the most helpful and then the pandemic came so I kind of just put it on hold and managed the pain. Last weekend half the tooth fell out exposing the nerve and making life difficult. On Wednesday I finally decided to find a new dentist. When I called this office they were friendly, available, and helpful. I had an apt for Thursday morning. I was greeted and seated within minutes even though there were a few other patients being tended to as well vs the 45 minute wait at the last place even though I was the only patient in the office. Dr. Saab checked me out and recommend they extract and that they could do it right away. With my insurance it came to $53 vs a couple hundred at the last place (also why I didn’t handle sooner). In another 20 minutes I was down a tooth and on my way back to work. It was my first tooth extraction at 30 yrs old. No stitches needed. No pain meds. No nada. I was eating and talking pretty normally within hours. I have an appt for a cleaning and to plan the extraction of wisdom tooth on the other side. I can’t thank the staff here enough so a review is the least I can do. They gave me my first positive experience with a dental office in 15 years (since I got my braces off as a freshmen in high school).

Honestly one of the Best dentist office that I’ve ever been to in a while, the staff is very friendly and just an overall godos atmosphere. The hygienist Gina did a very good job on my cleaning and I’ve never felt better . I can tell she takes passion in what she does and really guided me in the right direction with my dental hygiene . Thank you in Gina see you in three months 😎
