ATTENTION ATTENTION! HEAR ME AND HEAR ME WELL!!!! I will first start off by saying I am going to be very objective. And honest. I gave them a five star because their office is incredibly clean, the staff from the front desk to the rooms in the back are professional and kind. I am very much in awe about how professional they were on this busy Saturday. I had my wisdom tooth extracted (All 4 on one Saturday). Dr.Osaka did the extraction, I can tell right away he was very competent and knowledgeable, however his customer service skills are horrendous, or his patient to doctor relation is terrible. The minute he pulled my last tooth, he was gone. I literally opened my eyes and he was no longer there. His assistant was a true professional and gave me all the instructions and was kind. The doctor couldn’t even bother to Pat me on the shoulder or say “alright all done buddy” nope, he just went on to the next room to yank some more wisdom teeth out. To his defense they were busy and people were waiting outside, like there was a line outside of the building.
Suggestions: So perhaps they need to work on their scheduling, stop trying to schedule all
Of Miami shores on one day at the same time.
Teach Dr.Osaka that it’s okay to be comforting to patients and actually show some amount of care, there’s no crime in developing surface level interpersonal skills.

The office is always so kind & doctors give you all the time & attention. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Vazquez & Dr. Roig do an excellent job, and make you feel like you are the only patient in the office! The follow up & availability is great.
Not only are the services great, but the space is top notch. Clean, brand new, and comfortable. Very professional. Definitely recommend.

If I could give a Cero Stars I will do it.
Made an appointment a week ago with the Oral Surgeon for a consultation. Sent them the panoramic as requested, and just as I’m getting to the office was told the appointment was earlier without been notified and had to take another 3D scan when also was clear over the phone I didn’t need it because I had one already less than 6 months ago (but still had to be exposed to x-Rays required by the office). After an hour of waiting, someone came to tell me what I already knew which was the consultation with the oral surgeon. Main purpose I came for. And by the way with a bad attitude. What a waste of time!

I researched a couple of Dental offices and visited them for an initial exam. The folks at the other offices were very good but Miami Shores just gave me a more confidant feeling. Total professionalism from beginning to end. Knowledgeable, well mannered and willing to answer any questions you may have. Top shelf all the way!

All I needed to do was make an appointment for routine cleaning. 30 minutes of my day was spent on hold, when the call could have taken 5. No one ever came back. Major red flag for me. I went elsewhere.

Really friendly front desk and young and smart dentists. But one of the main reasons I come here is for the hygienist Rosa. She is AMAZING. So kind and SO good at what she does. She always gets rid of all my stains and I feel amazing after a cleaning. Request Rosa for your cleaning!

I was astonished with Dr. Jordan Eckardt, DMD work ethics, knowledge and performance. He is a dynamic Associate Dentist. I would definitely refer families and friends just the same way as my co-worker have done for me.
