This dental office has okay service at its best. The staff does not care about us patients. I’m done dealing with the people here. I’ve been waiting for an insurance claim to kick in for the past 9 months and they still have yet to send my X-Rays into my dental insurance company to even get the insurance claim up and running. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE !

What a wonderful surprise this dental appt was for me as a new patient. I wasn't exactly looking forward to going as I needed a crown or two. The office was beautiful. Filtered water and Kuerig coffee in the waiting area. Great music piped in. The office staff was amazing. So friendly, helpful and patient. Dr Mauskar was so thorough and picky about getting my new Cerec crown just perfect. My teeth were whitened by him and his dental tech. My teeth have never looked so white. I am a very happy forever client now.

I been scared for four years to find the right doctor ever since my bad experience .. with my last dentist .. I finally decided to try it with them.. first of all the office is beautiful.. very up to date with technology .. everyone is professional and sweet!!!!! Willing to work with you.. willing to help .. hold your hand through it all.. I am sooo happy!!! I found this place!! Everyone should come here.. like .. they not even that expensive... I am just soo happy with everything !!! I cannot wait to get my teeth treated with them!!

I'm new to Miami and looking for a regular dentist. I decided to try Miami Shores Modern Dentistry because they offer a $60.00 x-ray and cleaning promo for new patients. This is basically a bait and switch tactic. I was with the same dentist back home in California for 30+ years. She never tried to upsell me on unnecessary crowns and procedures. All I need are composite re-fills, when it's within my budget. I was given a quote for $ 2800.00 as I'm in the chair. I had to haggle that I could not afford that, the cleaning only is within my budget. For that, I only got one quadrant done (a problem area). I felt like I was getting a sales pitch in a used car dealership. I will not being going back.

Modern Dentistry is great! the place is nice and clean the people are very friendly and Dr. Alexandre Saab is the best she listens to your concerns and give you options, she does great work, I was able to do my procedures in two office visits and I was out in a timely manner.

This place is the WORST dentist I have ever been to. My boyfriend got all 4 of his wisdom tooth removed and 2-3 weeks later one of the wisdom teeth that was supposedly taken out WAS STILL THERE!!! When he left, they did not even explain the procedures to us as we were leaving! we had to call back and ask them what to do because he was in a lot of pain. 3 weeks later and he is still in pain and the wound is not even closed so he has 4 holes in his mouth. How is this place still open, just a terrible establishment! DO NOT GO HERE! BEWARE!
