Dentists at Midtown

I am very happy to have found this place to do all my dental procedures, for years I have suffered with the changes that I have had to make to my teeth to look better, including bad experiences with some people who did not do their job well they made me a person scared to go to the dentist. I have been 3 times to treat me in midtown and certainly they work like no other dentist, they are a team, clean, they speak the truth, they are friendly, kind, they care about your finances, and what you feel when you have a dental procedure, From the front desk to the best and most renowned specialists they deserve my admiration and respect, they gave me back my confidence so that I would no longer be afraid when going to the dentist, 100% recommended, I am very grateful

First time going to this Dentist and found it as I chipped my tooth and needed it repaired. Kim the lady at the front desk is the real MVP of the office. She was really sweet when I called and arrived. She took care of everything I needed. I waited a little bit but being a walk in I knew they had other customers to tend too. I also believe there was just one Dentist available. Once in the seat everything went smooth so I thought but I was never shown a color of the compost he was about to put on my teeth. The dentist fixed my tooth but, never really asked me any questions after like is it smooth, do you like the color, and just assumed he had done a great job without asking he just wasn’t very personal at all. The dentist was young and seemed to know his job but didn’t even ask the dental assistant her option of my tooth that was clearly yellow against my other teeth. I went to go pay and Kim asked if I was happy and I mentioned the color was off and she assured me that if I wasn’t happy they would do what they could to make me a returning customer. I mentioned the color match I had last time and after going back they color was great. The professionalism of the doctor redoing the work was also great so that’s why I gave 5 stars they fixed the issue and I am now smiling again.

Well update I’m unsatisfied and the tooth is not smooth going else where to get it fixed!!

As a new patient to Dentists at Midtown, I could not have been more pleased with the services performed. Dr. Adrian GArcia and all the staff were thorough and attentive with regard to answering my questions as well as the procedures they performed. I had.no wait time which is always a plus for me and ... while there is never a guarantee of an absence of pain or discomfort during or following an invasive procedure, I am happy to report that my experience was pain free..

The administrative and support staff have created an efficient environment evidenced by short or non-existant wait times from check-in through check-out.

While a single evaluation visit preceding the actual procedure is a small sample size on which to judge all others, it does have to count for something. Therefore -- on this alone -- I am giving Dr Garcia and his staff my highest rating. 5 star all the way.

Best dentist I have visited in a while! From when you are greeted at the door by Kim to Dr. Tolmie and Laura, they are honest and genuinely care about their customers it was a great experience throughout. My smile has never looked better! Looking forward to my next visit.

Visiting the dentist is not an experience many people can say they truly enjoy or look forward to. However, visiting Dentists at Midtown has changed my outlook. From the moment you walk in, you can feel a positive, friendly and genuine energy. The front desk staff is attentive and efficient. I have never had an issue booking an appointment and I have visited 3 times now. The office is pristine and very conveniently located, with free parking out back. Dr. Tolmie makes you feel confident that you are in good hands. He is thorough, professional and very easy to communicate with. You can tell that he treats the staff very well by the way they interact. I've have visited several doctors since moving to Miami, and I can honestly say that Dr. Tolmie and his team are the best in town. The technology in the office blew me away but the excellent service is what will keep me coming back. I highly recommend this office.

***UPDATE*** I have now been visiting this office for almost a year and I will continue to visit for years to come. I actually look forward to my visits with Dr. Tolmie and his team. I feel taken care of and welcome every time. The office is consistently clean and has a great energy. They are very responsive, accommodating and will listen to your needs. I would recommended this office to anyone looking for a dentist that they will never want to leave.

This office is probably THE best dentistry office I have visited in my 53 years. From the moment I called with my dental emergency (I suspected an abscess and was right) they took me immediately and took care of me start to finish.

I was (and am) valued as a costumer and a human being by the whole staff. Friendly, funny, compassionate, professional and amazing are only some of the adjetives I’d use to describe every single person that I came in contact with.

My visit wth Dentists at Midtown was hands down one of my best dental experiences yet! From start to finish the office staff and clinicians work together to make the process as seamless as possible. I got in right on tme and everyone was so kind. After my visit with Dr. Tolmie, they took the time to explain my treatment plan and payment options.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr Roig and Jose. It’s hard to find dentists with good bedside manner and they made me feel so comfortable for a procedure I was very nervous to have.

They had my husband wait for over 2 hours and then said it would be another 45 minutes to see a hygienist. I've had other issues with this office and scheduling appts, them saying there's issues with the insurance when there wasn't, etc. Don't bother coming to this place. They were good in the very beginning but not anymore.

I came to the dentist after a long time and I was very scared of being there, and also the costs, then the nicest people (Kim and chenelle) greeted me and then explained my insurance and my benefits and they were so nice. The dr is amazing! I could tell that he really cared and wanted to help me, my treatment (a crown) sounded like a lot and the dr and his assistants Ariana and Laura made it look so simple!! Never had pain. My crown is so pretty you could never tell that it is. I’m glad I came to this office I’ll be coming back to me regular visits.
