The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Since I came in Chenelle and Kim at the front Desk were very nice and personable, Dr Tolmie was the best! He made me feel comfortable from the beginning (even though I’m afraid of the dentist) he was very delicate during the treatment I didn’t feel any pain at all, he understood my needs and concerns, Alexis explained down the costs and help figure out my insurance and all the finances in the best way possible, the assistant Ariana worked closely with the dr during my treatment and was very delicate and explain every step, she was amazing!!!
I felt that everyone took care of me.
I’m happy that I finally found my dentist office for life!!

Worst poor patient care and consideration I’ve ever received. Showed up to my appointment that I got email confirmation of to be told it was cancelled. Did not receive any notification or phone calls of this cancellation. Told me “sorry we called” as an apology. Took a day off my work schedule for this and this is just not acceptable patient care or apology. At least do not lie when I have no missed calls or voices mails

Avoid this dental office at all costs. The level of incompetence by the office staff is infuriating. Not only will this dentist try to upsell you on procedures that your insurance will not cover but they will also try to bill for them when you didn't receive them. I have been dealing with unpaid invoices that have already been paid from my insurance for months now. I have had to call multiple times to resolve this and was reassured every time that this was taken care of. Each month I still receive an invoice for an amount owed. Just last week I started receiving invoices from a debt collections agency demanding the same invoice amount from this dental office, so now I get to deal with them as well. I am writing this review while sitting on hold for almost an hour now. Save yourself the headache with this Dental office.

My teeth started to shift as I got older and it made me less confident in my smile. Dr Tolmie gave me honest feedback and suggestions to improve my smile. Now my smile never looked better!!The office staff was Always accommodating. Everyone nice and friendly. No long waits or appointment times. Very clean office! I highly recommend.

Went for a regular cleaning and all they did was go over my teeth, don’t even take the time to clean your teeth the hygienist looks like he’s in a ruge and just want to finish the “job” and on the other side they have someone to “polish” your teeth and left a bunch of toothpaste in your mouth, she didn’t even rinse my mouth .Very disappointed with the service . Was expecting better from them . To conclude the cleaning was done in 20 minutes what can you expect from this.

This is the best Dentist is South Florida. I had to come in for my first root canal and crown. I have heard horror stories from friends about root canals and crowns. When I first walked in the staff was very friendly and professional. When I met Dr. Chris, he made me feel comfortable and explained the whole procedure to me. When it came time for my root canal and crown the procedure was quick and painless. The office even called me to check on me days after my procedure. This office is the best in Miami. I highly recommend Dr. Chris and his staff they are AMAZING!

My experience with all the dental providers, hygienist, dental assistants and clerks has been amazing! Dr. Tolmie was very thorough to develop and explain every part of my treatment plan. Chenelle worked with me to explain all costs associated and make a payment plan based on my financial situation. Dr. Roig and Jose we very caring and made me feel absolutely comfortable throughout my surgical procedure. The results have been exceptional!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!! If I could leave -10 stars I would! I’m a service member who took my dependent mother here for denture implants. They implanted the posts incorrectly and left her without teeth in her mouth for a year before I finally took her to a more competent dentist to fix what they messed up. For the sake of your dental and mental health PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

My first visit went ok. Firstly there was a long wait till everything was done which I understand. Front desk and customer service are amazing and I felt very welcomed by them. However I felt Dr. Sweeney was unprofessional and took so long to review my record. I found it very offensive when I said that I have not seen a dentist for more than year due to covid and she was like thank god she didn't get it and laughed about it in a mocking way which I didn't find funny at all and she took it as a joke. That should not ever be taken as joke with the current circumstances happening of covid. I wouldn't consult with Dr Sweeney next time and also she seemed in a hurry and didn't care about helping nor giving proper advice.
